Yeah, I think getting a refund will be difficult. So would like an opinion.

1. Should I try the o ring, or

2. Cut the head off one of the screws I bought, cut a slot so I can screw it up there and then add my 510 pin? Maybe the better idea if the pin is too short?

Yeah, I heard they are releasing the other 2 decks soon so I might get the EHPRO SR and wait for the extra decks.

Myself, I think I would hold out on this one until more people have and review the EHPro. I'm not buying another SqR clone until I hear from others on theirs. And unfortunately when the authentics are again available they will probably sell out in 15 minutes.

roxy if you put a thin oring on the top of the chimney it will fix the jumping resistance problem worked on both of my ivogo ones, it also will fix the 510 pin problem that when screwed down the pin goes up into the deck now if I can just fix the leaking from the 510 pin oring is way to small

From reading posts on other forums and the thread here on the first Squape clone, I think the 510 pin is too short on the Ivogo. If its screwed all the way in and all coating has been cleaned off, that does seem to solve the problem, but I can't get a connection to a mod. I don't think an o ring will help.

I have been emailing with Eleven at FC about the issues (yes, that is her name). I suggest others do as well. She is going to try to get me a new, longer 510 pin.

I am also facing issues with the Squape R (Ivogo?) from Focal. The first problem was when I went to do the first build, upon unscrewing the post screw the whole post came out with the screw and it was a nightmare trying to separate them as it had been torqued so tight.

I also had an issue with the PMMA section leaking, but I think that's sorted now.

The deck and 510 pin is wobbly as hell and the 510 center pin seems way to short.

I get completely unstable ohm readings that jump all over the place and make for a very unpleasant vape

I wish I stuck with Fasttech as I know they would take it back for a refund including return shipping costs, but I am not sure if Focal will? It was my first item from them.

Returns are a big problem. They need a video showing the changing resistances and thorough tests with a multimeter. I probably won't buy any new products from them again either. Ones that have been around awhile, sure.

I hope EHPRO releases an updated version with all 3 decks and we see more feedback on the current EHPRO SR clones. I really want to add this to my small collection of clones.

They are a much smaller company than fasttech. Try to remember, they didn't make it, Ivogo did. So they need the video to show the manufacturer to get reimbursed.

That's very true, I am sure FastTech were similar when they were new also, and it shouldn't be to much trouble to catch this behaviour on camera as it does do it quite regularly! If they offer a solution like FastTech do with a new 510 pin that apparently fixes it I will be happy as I think the device has potential to be great if it worked as intended.

I will try and remember to update here with the outcome if my memory doesn't fail me like it frequently does.

Mine is harder to catch now. I can go 2-3 days now without it happening. Now day one was another story!

OK, there's still hope for me. If you ordered sku #1882100 from Fasttech (like me), they now have a "Spare Parts Kit" with a new pin, different post screws, and some o-rings to send out if you're having problems (sku #1911500). Unfortunately, they don't sell this kit separately for everyone else - they'll only send it out to those who've actually ordered sku #1882100. I'll be sending a link of this kit to Doris at FC - hopefully, those who ordered from FC can get them too, and you'd be able to get it without the trouble of having to send them a video.

I got mine from Focalecig tonight and only un-boxed one because of the feedback I read so far. It's working pretty well but I really want one without issues. If the EHPro is good I'm hoping the decks will fit on that one but like other I will wait until there is more feedback.

Here's how my setup went:

The 510 is to short, I used the extra micro o-ring they sent and doubled up on the 510 pin. The pin sticks out far enough to make contact, is solid and the deck doesn't move. I will be contacting them to let them know of the problem. Hopefully they will send out better 510 screws.

From the research I've done the one post is removable, not sure why and it doesn't change the fact that it is a PITA.

I received the version in the white box, no name of the manufacturer but the tank has white o-rings no glue. So far no leaking.

I built a 1 ohm using 26 ga kanthal and the vape quality is excellent. To bad the tank has issues. I bought some 18mm O-rings to replace the crap they put in this tank.

The tank is supposed to be glass, says so on the box. NOT!

For everyone having issues with the 510 pin and loose deck grab the second o-ring and see if that solves the problem.

I will follow up one I get information back from the vendor.

I have it on my Sigelei 20W and it is really a good vape. I want a better one!

FT won't sell these kits. You have to had purchased their sku #1882100 to get one.

I ordered FT's sku #1882100 (missed the one at FC, but I'm sure it's the same POS ), which is taking its sweet time to get here. Gonna try to swap them out once it does - I can't deal with all these problems you guys are having.

I have mine working and it's a pretty damn good vape.
