Stonewall swallowing?

These are dissolvable tobacco. But, when we use it, do we swallow the juice? Is it safe to ingest this stuff? Even if it has really low TSNA's, I wonder if it safe to be swallowing.

But I just tried these yesterday, and I like them. The first one, felt just like a mint to me, and didn't really impress. But the second one I used, I started to really enjoy it.

A few people do get muscle spasms or irritation (i.e. hiccups or heartburn) from swallowing saliva containing nicotine, but if it doesn't bother you, then go right ahead.

Swallowing the saliva never bothered me with the Commit lozenges, but that's about the only good thing I can say about them.
Reminds me I ought to order and try some Ariva Java; I think I'm just wary based on the gut worry that they may not feel much different from the useless, cloying-candy-taste nicotine lozenges.
