Suggestion for vendors.

I know your new creations take time and money to produce but when I see a cute name with no ingredients I go somewhere else. Why? Because I am allergic to mangos and without a description I can't tell what is in it. I can't be the only person having this problem and would love to try new flavors.

Same here. A catchy name is all well and good, but if I can't find a description I won't buy. Sometimes you can get an idea of the flavor profile if the site posts reviews of the flavors.

I'm finding a lot of the employees of vaping stores sell the liquids but don't know what is in them or where they come from. This really makes me wonder about the rest they sell. I just may be too picky.

Sounds like the employees need better training. Allergies are no joke. My daughter is sensitive to gluten and artificial sweeteners, so we read labels thoroughly and ask questions if we are not sure. I get most of our vaping supplies online, and we have not had any problems so far. Any time I have a question, most of the vendors have replied promptly to my emails.

The problem is more than knowing if there is any "mango flavoring". The people who make juice, except in rare cases, use flavors meant to be used in food. Most of them use natural and artificial flavoring. So even if a juice tastes like mango and says so on it's description the flavor may be artificial.

Also I know some juices have over 10 flavors in them. There may be a touch of mango flavoring in almost any juice and if it is just there to add body, smooth it otr, or something else, it might not even be mentioned.

sounds like you're asking for FDA to start imposing more regulation? ;)
i doubt very few use real fruit flavors so chances are if you are indeed allergic to mango then chances of being allergic to an artificial flavor of another flavor is nil..

there is only so much vendors can do.. what's next, requiring a law to have peanut free, non-gmo, gluten free, yada, yada, yada labels? all you can do if you're worried is contact the person you're interested in buying from, and perhaps ask if they might even know? doubt they're going to start labeling things for the small amount of odd gene people that might be allergic to mango, or some other fruit flavor inside a CHEMICAL base liquid.

For sake of not starting an arguement, I am not asking or suggesting ANY regulations for anything. Just the common courtesy to list what the main ingredients are. If you have never been in a situation where your throat closes up and can not breathe or swallow the you would not understand. God forbid you ever do. I don't take a chance to see if it was natural or artificial mango. Maybe a trace amount would not hurt but I really don't care to try. But a small list in the description would not be a problem from a vendor who has nothing to hide. If it a secret recipe then mention that and I will call for details. Your comment about regulations upset me but you don't know me so I will not say more.
