Hi Amy,

In the final steps of an order, when we redirects to Paypal site, we going to China version of paypal "paypal.com/cn/" this way whole Paypal site is unreadable with Chinese letters, it must redirects us to "paypal.com/en" in English version.

The "help desk" logo is too big, for all of us we use small monitor on a netbook, hiding the rest of site.
In my opinion must removed completely or placed in a fix place.

Where are you using paypal? Most customers can be loaded to Paypal site on English page.
I just tried to use paypal and was loaded to Paypal site in English.

As for help desk logo, we will change it into a small one asap.

Might be a region setting in your browser (Or language setting). I've placed a few orders over the last month from their site and has always loaded in english, with no issues. (Might be time for me to slow down I think...

This happens to me in my last two orders and in the today order, in the past its always in English.
i dont know what it is exactly, im from Greece, my region format is in English (US) and my default location is Greece in the settings. I don't have any Chinese language in the browser or elsewhere.
Maybe this happens only to me.

Double chack language preferences in your browser. In IE it's under tools, internet options, general (At the bottom). Make sure English US is first in the list.

Did you find a menu down option about language at the top right corner at the page of paypal in Chinese, where you can switch the language?

i switch the language on the URL bar from paypal.com/cn/... to paypal.com/en/... changing the cn to en.
Anyway, it seems happens only to me and not site bug.
i will check it again in future orders.
