Hi I'm considering getting the SXK BB 70w for some odd reason  Never had any AIO.

How does it vape with Insider v2 MTL compared to best MTL tanks, say Dvarw, Millennium etc?
In my opinion. If you go for only mtl in the billet box. Get the crossbow. But you might had to drill the airhole to 1,2mm (the authentic size) the sxk size air hole is about 0,6-0,8mm and this is for me waay too tight. And the airplug will not do any effect. But if you drill it to 1,2mm. So much better

If you possibly can, spring for the extra cash for the DNA 60. The Xeta does very good mouth to lung too. The crossbow is a good rba, but it will not do dtl at all if you ever decide you wanted to go that way.

My YFTK positive clamp snapped through the screw hole today :( .. it's only been used with 28g wire and I've always been careful tightening it ...

I ordered another YFTK Xeta from 3F just before China shut down (Jan 21st)... It arrived yesterday and it came with a spare +ve post thankfully, so I have 2 functional Xetas now...

I'd look at one from sxk. I've herd yftk is full or problems. Ive always used sxk clones and never had an issue.

It's not a YFTK issue, it's a common Xeta issue, the YFTK Xeta build quality is perfect, you cant fault it...

From a couple of reports the SXK and the YTFK Xetas are identical, some people suspect they're manufactured in the same factory...

I bought the YFTK because it was the first on the market, then I bought the second one because I read here 3F include a spare +ve post/clamp, which they do at the moment... I've never heard of a spare post/clamp coming with the SXK, and I didn't want to risk having 2 different brands that may turn out to be slightly different and parts might not be perfectly interchangeable..

Each to their own but I wasn't a fan of the crossbow, it was ok but I found it a bit leaky at times and a bit of a wet vape... I had high hopes for it and bought 2 but I just couldn't find the sweet spot with it...

The Insider V2 is pretty good, better than the Crossbow IMO, but the wire holes and screws were pretty crude/sharp and kept cutting off the coil legs so I had to clean them up, other than that initial issues it's been good...

The Xeta is a step up again, I prefer it over the Crossbow and Insider V2, I use the middle chimney insert and the smallest air insert which I drilled out to 1mm... With 1.8ohm coils it's perfect for me at 9.5w.. (just a pity about the weak +ve post/clamp)

You do have to get the crossbow just right and yes, if you don't it can be a bit leaky and gurgly. I did get it where I wanted it and it was great for mtl. However, the Xeta is just better all the way around, again, imho. More versatile and much easier to work with.

I've also never broken a post on either of my Xetas. I have an SXK and a YFTK. You just need to get it snug and no more. :)

To be fair I only tried 3 or 4 builds, from memory I got the Insider V2 soon after so I switched to that and it was a good vape from the first build, and then I moved onto the Xeta not long after that... (I've been using the insider in recent weeks due to breaking my xeta, no leaks or issues)

the Xeta is just better all the way around,

Yeh, it seems pretty foolproof, you really don't have to take any real care with the wicking...

My broken one came from FT, I lodged a ticket with them just before their holidays to see what they say, I've had it for over 3 months so I doubt I'll get anywhere with it but no harm trying...

Finally got my DNA SXK BB and I’ve been using it for two days now. Immediately after I got it I sealed it to protect the DNA chip. Although I heard that it’s lacquered, but I thought that it’s better to be safe than sorry.

Compared to the original BB, well..it’s a clone and you can tell. The differences are not in performance since they both perform equally well. But the front panel for example does not sit tight. It seems the magnets on the top left and the bottom right corners are higher than the other two. Also, the gasket on the boro tank are clearly of an inferior quality. Don’t get me wrong once you slide the glass fully upwards and you manage to straighten the gasket out it makes a perfect seal, but it’s a bit fiddly to get closed properly.

Also while the right side of the button merges smoothly with the curve of the cover in the original BB, this is not the case with the clone. The button’s surface is not flush on its right side with the curve of the cover, but goes slightly below it.

Overall it’s a very good clone that could have been better with more attention to details.

Aspire Atlantis / Triton Temperature Sensing Nickel Coils (5 Pk) $2.99

I have no problems using Ni200 coils. I have no idea if these are any good or not. But that is only 60¢ a coil. So I'm going in. You will need the A-Tank to use these in a BB.
OMG! I love these! They wick perfectly with high VG juice. The taste is very clean. No gurgle or spitback. Absolutely no leaking whatsoever. And they vape just like Claptons, but they aren't. I can't believe nobody talked about these before. They beat out everything I have or have ever built, except for my FreeMax Mesh Pro. I just love them. :D

I have four SXK BB mods and only one of them, the panel didn't sit right. Tapping one magnet a little deeper on the panel fixed it.

My guess is they assemble the tank and slide the glass in dry. Sometimes that could stretch the gasket if you are not careful. As some are perfect and some not so great. Out of 15 Boros, I think only 3 of mine at most wasn't perfect.

You mean the fire button? If so, yeah... oh well. Probably why some people replace that button right away for something better. At least the SXK BB has an USB port. While the original has a neutered DNA. :(

The USB port is definitely a huge plus if you like to tinker with your DNA. Not for me though. I am not into TC and as long as it gives me a good MTL vape then I have no reason to make any adjustments to it.

I have both the authentic and the SXK and with Escribe on the SXK change the theme, screen orientation, materials, boost and punch, wattage increments and rename the profiles etc. My SXK fitment has been excellent though nowhere near the quality of the authentic.

If only they paid attention to quality control [emoji849]

Just use a flat pin (some even use a drill bit) and tap it in lightly one or two times and see how it fits. You might have to repeat a few more times to get it perfect.

Tried that...no luck. I think I’ll just have to live with it..besides the rocking panel is a nice distraction sometimes [emoji849] ..or so I decided to tell myself. The thing is that the risk seemed greater than the reward.
