The gasket appears to me to be silicone and not rubber or Buna, Vaseline most likely won't hurt it.
3f vape has the glass,i'm pretty sure it's for the standard boro tanks.I bought 2 of them, but havent tried them yet.
I just checked the ones i got from 3F,they are the correct ones for the boro and A tank.I don't know why Ft doesn't carry these ones,it seems they only have the Boxxer glass. The Boro and A tanks takes the exact same glass. The ones I got from FT is oversize. The sides not to much, but the length is way to much to sand off. Even the shape is wrong at the bottom.
The ones from 3F looks much better.
As mentioned its rather easy to sand the glass down some. I used a diamond file, but good quality sanding paper will work better.
Yeah...chin up @chanelvaps i'd hate you to give up and end up missing the truly 'great' experience in vapingI might get the whole darn mess out again, wash it, air dry the gasket and put in proper place and then do the above. I spent (wasted) so much time last time that I tossed it all aside deeming it "not for me"
Thanks D
Just be super careful you're not bridging the +/- when you install the flat poleMy Vapcell nipple tops are now flat tops. That job was super easy, I already had a bunch of 18650 wrappers so I cut a couple down. I was concerned that I would have to cut the insulator as it had just a small hole in it's center but they had put the correct one for flat top underneath it. It took like 2 minutes a piece including hair drier.
After I get them charged I'll see how many ml's of juice I can vape till weak battery message, I'm expecting not to notice much difference from the Efest's but will see.
Edit: I forgot to mention removing the nipple contact. I grabbed a hold of it with my lesser condition flush cutters and gave a little twist and it came right off as if it was hardly on there.
Sorry can't help with the USA apart from originals...you may want to wait cause there is a new version coming out from Odin which will have all the problems sorted...it'll be about 35 ish.Got my Busto+ from JMK today,i really like this tip.Now i need to polish the button so they match haha.

I know there are some issues with the SXK Boxxer, but does anyone know of any place here in the US that has them?New or used,i don't care,i want one and don't really want to wait on one from China.I've tried several different pre built coil heads and haven't really liked any of them,i like the Vape shell, but no matter how i wick it,i keep getting dry hits,so i have to try the Boxxer.I think the vape shell is struggling to pull in my juice,it's 70vg,and those are some small holes in the bottom.I thought of maybe trying to drill them out a bit,but i don't want to cause a big leaking problem,so i haven't done it.
OM Gee you are like the Bear Grylls of the vape world. My Vapcell nipple tops are now flat tops. That job was super easy, I already had a bunch of 18650 wrappers so I cut a couple down. Nah, I no can do. I tried. I washed it all, let it air dry and started fresh. Same darn thing. Tossed it all aside Again. Fidgeting to make vape gear work is no longer my thing. Sheesh. I remember rebuilding Protank coils and somewhat enjoying it because it lead to an awesome vape. Too many others options these days. I will settle for a good vape and no fidgeting. I suspect maybe if I filed down the glass a smidgeon as Daniel suggested it might work but not even going thereYeah...chin up @chanelvaps i'd hate you to give up and end up missing the truly 'great' experience in vaping
I just got 2 new spare boros and another A-tank so if it ever happens to me i have a quick change method....my first Boro has been going 2.5 months now with not one glitch....this is both what should be and what you can expect for your own BB. In a way i'd hesitate to encourage you to keep trying with the stretched gasket as opposed to getting yourself a spare.....
You can do this![]()
Did the gasket appear to be stretched at all?Nah, I no can do. I tried. I washed it all, let it air dry and started fresh. Same darn thing. Tossed it all aside Again. Fair shout but......Nah, I no can do. I tried. I washed it all, let it air dry and started fresh. Same darn thing. Tossed it all aside Again. Fidgeting to make vape gear work is no longer my thing. no not really. It kind of seemed good and rubbery and went right back into place wellDid the gasket appear to be stretched at all?
That's great. I think for all probably an unexpected result..... That's good news for the BantamI have completed measuring how many ml I could get out of the Vapcell 9a 18350. I didn't quite make it to the weak battery message as the Boro Box with Kanger RBA ran out of liquid first. I never expected it to work so well. The Boro took 4.25 ml to refill, RBA being already wet and leaving a very small air bubble. Standing voltage of cell was 3.467 volts, weak battery message was going to come soon I suspect.
This was done using the same 0.51 ohm Nichrome coil as my earlier Efest 7.5a cell test.
I agree. The BB isn't the easiest on batteries. Even my beloved 30Q don't last that long...at 0.5ohm.That's great. I think for all probably an unexpected result..... That's good news for the Bantam![]()
Coil resistance has absolutely nothing to do with battery life in a regulated mod.I agree. The BB isn't the easiest on batteries. Even my beloved 30Q don't last that long...at 0.5ohm.
