Just got the sx mini m class. Had a vaporshark dna40 before it and was needing another device since that was the only one I had. Was gonna get an cheaper device as a backup but decided to get a tc mod. Figured I would get this since I had the dna40 and I'm glad I did. It's bigger than the vs dna40 but feels good in the hand. A lot more info on the display. So far I think it's better than my vaporshark.

Also don't get me wrong I love the SX but I'm wondering what it will look like in a year. My Provari's still look like new.
Based on mine it's going to look like it got hit by truck. Best technology in the industry today. The case and finish not so much.
Don't try to compare the Provari and Sx mini based on exterior durability

Last night, but not today...yet

edit: I was on mobile last night, which is working fine now

From what I read last night on nginx it could be a hung process or delayed database call. Only got it twice just a bit ago but was down pretty long last night. Checked their FB and Twitter pages and didn't see any mention of it so was curios.

Actually, to make an apples to apples comparison, try comparing a black or other painted ProVari if you want to make a comparison. The satin stainless finish is unpainted, so would not be an equal comparison

^^^hahaha!!!!!!!
Its a good thing the dna40 is perfect.
I have multiple DNA40 devices && an SX...neither device is "perfect" but at least the imperfections with the SX are cosmetic && do not affect Vape quality! I have no stakes in either companies profits, just know what works && what works right!

My 5 month old Flask works perfectly and always has. I'm not sure what "vape quality" issues you're talking about, but mine remains the best of the bunch.

He's probably referencing the TC issues many people have had with the DNA40, not calling out the Flask or any specific device.

Obviously, not everyone's experience is the same ;)

I thought this would be cool as an owner of both as well
DNA40
ramp up and delay
Only the one "fire mode"
Needs 0.11 ohm load
40w
Several wonky boards and new firmware requires new board to replace
Refinement issues

SXboard
Says &&
60w
4 fire modes
Immediate power
User can upgrade
Zero refinement issues
Only needs a 0.5 ohm load

Take your pick

The earlier runs of DNA40 boards (if you didn't get one with the hosed up display), were a bit better with the TC IMHO. The next to latest, though, with the "refinement" is a pain to constantly have to reset.
All versions, when in Wattage mode, have a delay && a slow ramp up to set power that is more than just slightly annoying to me. Ironically, the DNA30 did not have this slow power rise like the 40 does.

The newest firmware is supposed to disable the refinement, but don't expect VaporShark to help you with that, unless you want to pay them an extra $100. I will have to see if Evolv is willing to help there, but I'm sure they can't do anything about the performance in wattage mode.

Those 2 things do affect vape quality in my eyes. Does it mean I have stopped using DNA boards? No. My hand built Hana with first run board is fine for TC around the house, but I'll never be able to run it in watts mode. My VaporSharks, I deal with the flaky performance as a compromise to give me a compact, stealthy mod.

I just grab for my SX 99% of the time as it's much more enjoyable for me, && I don't have to work around the "quirks" of the DNA40 boxes

Been done already. :) DNA40 vs SX350j | Page 3 | E-Cigarette Forum
If you want to read something really interesting read down until you see Peraspera's link regarding Warranty.

The folks that know this aren't forthcoming when asked directly so it's not really been brought up much.
