Mine is fine faultless, maybe they could have added Bluetooth and a self coiling and wicking option too! but really apart from a few people who were unlucky with the early paint problems which was addressed by YiHi. I can not fault it, the battery cap is not an issue at all for most people used to screwing things together with some care, have not read anywhere of threads being stripped.
Mine has been perfect no paint issues and just add a lil nolax to the threads of your cap a d it's smooth as butter. Bought mkne when they 1st came out but my build date was a few days after the batch with bad paint , with the yihi skin my paint still looks as good as the day i bought it .

I think you guys mistook me. I say any minuses whatsoever are far outweighed by the pluses. if you do not own one and are on the fence I say in the words of nike just do it! you will not be disappointed. well, I cannot guarantee that but I am pretty darn sure even the most stringent stickler would love this mod. I own things like top hat and this is the one I use. for the record I have five of these. two are non tc. I cannot think of a better mod but perhaps the forthcoming 350j vapor flask is. yet to be seen. the mod fits nice in my hand has heft but that is not the factor to me. it is the 350j. just love this chip. gives me a better vape than anything.

I do not mean to start anything but I foresee that in months to come yihi will prevail and evolve will go under. I am pretty good at finance to make this speculation. it is a shame really because I would wish for an American company to prosper in fact. I have a bit of an agenda being an American in that regard. their is certainly room for both in my eyes but so far I am only impressed with 350j. I can't wait until yihi ups the game. I can only imagine what they can do. perhaps in fact auto-wicking! please to not start up on this topic I simply meant to say the 350j is killing it for me.

the battery cap is fine now that I figured it out. the paint I could care less but the issue was there on early ones. just so any knows. doubt you get an early one now anyways. working with nuts and bolts all day and you master the battery cap? that is not exactly a fair perspective. not to mention I am severely disabled. so obviously you have the upper hand on that one!

Well i have a big complaint to make: it doesn't serve me coffee in the morning..... With the requests made here this should have been a priority.

Mine is loosing it's paint but my vendor will replace it after having got the green light from Yihi. I really love this device it has been flawless and a great vape experience. I was divided between this and another but after the experience with the S-class i bought an M-class. For those who like the looks you will be very happy. These chips are awesome.

Since I got the first one I loved it got 2 more. All 3 Jwrapped and with YiHi sleeves. I am totally happy sold some of my PV's and my rDNA. They are all I use now all with Ti wire using it on NI200 mode at 270 13J although I can get the same vape at 480 13J in Ti mode so just use the Ni mode really makes no difference both hit temp with that setting although the Ni mode seems a little more stable.

I like the SX-Mini-m class, out of the 4 TC mods I own it is my favorite. However it is not without its faults:
    • I rarely use the battery door but a foldable D-Ring would be a great addition (IMHO)
    • the menu system is illogical to me:
      • in temp mode +/- ought to adjust temp (instead of Joules)
      • the 'ramp mode' ought to be buried in the menu, not on the buttons
      • the joules ought to be buried in the menu
      • I switch between TI and NI tanks on a regular basis, maybe not bury this
      • if we got rid of some of (IMHO) useless information on the screen there might be room for a battery %left meter
      • some/many users are using TI with NI mode as the TI mode does not function entirely as they would expect. It would be nice if SX came out with a release version with that feature fully functional.
Granted, I have a IPV4S which has some of the same faults. No product is perfect for everyone and while the SXminiM could be considered 'best in class', there is always room for improvement.

Well, I waded through a few dozen pages to get here and still no word on a New Beta:(

Have to say I'm loving the SXM even with a NI200 dual coil. Tha tank has seen at least 30 fills and..............................haven't even changed the wick:shock:
    Still vaping excellent.

I do have to comment on YiHi:
They do know how to build some great chips. I purchased the IPV-D2 running the YiHi SX130H chip and it vapes very close to the SXM......Very!
This makes my 5th Mod powered by Yihi Tech and they all perform as expected.

Now, where is that dang Beta update:mad:

Well, I can't believe I did it, especially since I know I'm picking up a DNA200 in the next few months, but my M was lonely and I picked up a friend for it today. I got my first batch of Titanium yesterday and it rocked my world. Dual Ti builds on both of those. The Billow V2 is particularly amazing.

Since it has been discussed recently in the thread I thought I'd add that I'm using the Ni profile on both of them. I think I'm going to wait for the Ti profile until the "test" is done because this is near perfect.

Yea, but not the current Beta.
No sense updating if it isn't ready.

Funny thing, the D2 is performing great in Ti with a 7/8 wrap .33ohm coil in my KS RTA. Nice warm Vape with excellent flavor and vapor at 415F 22.5J
Another Yihi success in my book

No complaints with my SXM, just waiting patiently for More
    More is always good
    More pie
    More coffee
    More functionality

It is ready though, its been ready for a month and a half. Not sure why people in this thread think there should be/ want another version.

Think I can answer why some would like another firmware version including myself. I tried using Ti mode a few weeks back without much success. I don't have any problems with Ni200 so for me working with Ti was more difficult to begin with due to it's springiness. Now add to that I'm accustomed to vaping right around 425F +/- 25F with ni200 however attempting that same temp with Ti would be anemic. When running in Ti mode at times I almost need to set max the temp in order to get the same vape experience I was getting with Ni200 in the 425F range. For the last 4-5 days now I've been vaping exclusively on Ti in Ti mode and most of the time I'm set to around 560F. So for me there's no consistency with my temp settings between the two modes or wires.

    Does Ti mode work: Yes
Do I get dry hits with Ti mode: No
Does it vape at similar temps to ni200: No

So for me it's in the consistency. I realize with the way we're doing temp limiting is not 100% accurate with all the variables involved but if I I'm getting a good vape at 425F with ni200 I should get the same experience at a similar temp setting with any other supported wire imo.

I should add Ti wasn't even on my radar when I bought the SXmini m so it really doesn't bug me that a feature that was added after sales isn't completely to my liking. Yes I would like them to make the modes more similar but I'm not going to lose any sleep over it if they don't.
