One question how do you twist a 28awg kanthal wire to a 28awg nickel wire?
Are you using flat top batteries?
Also I just got an email from Busardo that says the SXmini M class in his tests so far has been stellar. He said if you have the money get it.
Cordless drill?

Er...well I bought the ones with the little notch on em, so not that flat top. Is that the problem? Still could swear it was flush before...Damn, so need new batteries huh?

OK how do you trap it if you are not looping it. My drill doesn't tighten down that tight. Just trap it like I do when straightening.
By the way now that I got that report from Phil I think I will pull the trigger.
Also using a nitecore, recommend it highly.
But damn, going from a 4200mah battery to 2500mah really sucks! Worth it for the flavor, and I do like compact size of the mini. Guess you can't have everything in this world lol.
7.29 each, bought a bunch of these in a coop and they have been steller. Samsung INR18650-25R 2500mAh - RTD vapor

If you guys would stick to simple single wire builds in these TC Mods you would have less problems.
The V1.3 I was erfering too was on the info page in the software when I connected the M. It seems there needs to be an update to the driver software before it reads the M class correctly.
Donny,
I just checked the specs and it says what you have posted BUT when I put 4 18650s in mine it show 750 mA charging for each battery?
What does yours show?
When twisting wire I cut a 3 foot piece of it and fold it in half. Then Leave a slight loop and begin twisting slightly just above the bend. Chuck up a small Allen key in your drill and place the loop around the Allen and start out slow and careful and then increase the speed until the whole length is twisted! Just whatever you do don't accidentally try to remove the Allen under power because it can be painful
