Does anyone know if eciggity is going to take care of warranty items in house or not. Varitube was and that is where I wanted to get mine but they have no Black and Silver left or any for that matter. I didn't want to get another grey one just cause. I like the color but most places are sold out of the Black. Maybe I'll wait think I'll email varitube and see how long the wait is going to be.

Well I have it. Used it for a week now and he agrees with me it's been stellar. :) That being said even if his graphs / charts come out to show the SXmini M to be inaccurate IMO it's a fantastic device. I do look forward to the charts & graphs though as a comparison to my experience. To the best of my knowledge he's the only reviewer that posts objective data as well as his subjective opinions. It's moving to the top of the review que pretty rapidly for only being up there about a week. Hopefully this will motivate him to expedite the testing. :) Taste Your Juice | REVIEW QUEUE VOTING

He's working on it right now should be soon. Thats what he said in the tests so far it has been stellar. That tells me he is testing everything. They fixed most of the things he didn't like about the S class except for the cap. The big thing will be how it works out in Joules mode. Now I want one. I am like someone else here I hardly put my S down. I put my Svoe Mesto K4 on it and I already need to rewick it. I am selling one of my PV V2.5 to help pay plus the only clone I have in my stuff a KFL+V2. I hardly use my PV's anymore except my P3. I guess I will have to get the SXinati sign. I have a feeling it will be right on on the scope just like the S plus he added one of those things that measures the heat of the coil compared to the setting to his arsenal.

Well it does screw in fine without the battery. The gaps around the cap when screwed in are not exactly even, but not sure if that's just the nature of assembly/manufacturing. I'll try getting the flat top batteries first, even if it's a bit off, I think there might be enough clearance for it to screw in completely. I don't exactly know what it looked like before, and not that familiar with threading, so difficult to tell if there's any actual smearing.

Thanks for the input guys

Edit: I think the botton top makes it a bit harder to screw in, since there's is less space, I need to push in when starting to screw the cap in. This probably is what caused my user error, along side my first time using this type of battery insert system.

Mine is not exactly even either hasn't been since the beginning. One thing that is good you can still use it and maybe the flattops will make the diff. I've heard the Samsungs and the LG's are really good. I have a couple or 3 of the LGs and they work perfectly. The only reason I got the AW IMR's is that I have always gotten great longevity out of them and never had a problem. I knew they would work in my SX because Busardo tested for that my VS DNA40 was the one I wasn't sure of but some guys tried them and sure enough they work.

I just wanted to say the clean flavor on this mod is really incredible. Due to throat irritation, the past few weeks on my kanthal builds, the vapor tastes 50% like cotton. When I started vaping, it wasn't like that, but my throat has been getting irritated a lot. I'm happy to say with the nickel build the flavor is so clean, and even with my throat irritation persisting, I don't taste the cotton at all. It really brought my current experience with vaping to a new level.

I really hope they update firmware to include TI wire. I've read about some potential issues using NI wire, although I guess most of us are in the dark about what's really happening. Obviously same thing can be argued about TI wire haha.

lol...Idk, a lot of people say it's tasteless? Where did you source the TI wire out of curiosity?

I think I might wait until they update firmware to try it, since I heard the dry coil protection doesn't work with TI. That said I have been looking at a few vendors, and found one I want to try.

I got mine from a local b&m. I was going to research it more and see if its just me. But, a friend gave me some tempered Ni200 which is working great! So no reason to mess's with anything else.
I'm one of those if its not broken don't break it kind of peoples.

So I was thinking of something I'd like to see in a future software revision. In Power mode when I am actively adjusting watts, I'd like to see what the applied voltage will be so I don't have to take it out of adjustment mode to see it. Kind of petty, but it would be convenient. I am coming to this mod from a ProVari 2.5 so volts still mean something to me :D

I just can't do the titanium thing, I'll let others play with that particular metal :)

Titanium wires for vaping
That is just like my friend's attitude: "God, Tony... You're vaping now? You have no idea what that can do to you" while they lite up another stinky....

(this is not directed at anyone in particular)

Has anybody bothered reading the 83 page study that actually got titanium dioxide on the potentially bad stuff list?

Subject X contracted lung cancer after working 13 years at a titanium dioxide boxing plant. Subject X also smoked 2 packs of cigarettes a day for the last 40 years but let's focus where he worked ok?

Or even better:

We smothered a group of mice in industrial quantities of titanium dioxide for months in a row (how the heck didn't they die?) and found some lung damage that dissappear after we stopped choking them in it (dammit!).

The only factual evidence was that nano sized titanium dioxide particles were small enough to transpose the brain barrier... Reality check... Any nano particle probably can transpose the barrier because of its size no?

I'm not advocating ti is better than kanthal or nickel. It's just not deadly as some want to make believe.

My two cents

PS: the only reason stealthvape stopped selling Ti was for legal matters (read as liability).

Tony

Have any of you early adopters found any fatal flaws to the M-class? Is there any reason I shouldn't purchased this device considering I want to already? I'm always hesitant to purchase a product shortly after its released-- a sentiment which has unfortunately been reinforced after some problems I've had with the DNA 40 late last year -- but in this case, since the original mini was so highly lauded, I'm feeling a bit better about it. Have any of you guys experienced any glitching or anything from the board. I'm just surprised because the consensus seems to be nearly euphoric.

If you have OCD it might not be a good mod but I have never seen a perfect mod;) There maybe an issue with the fitting on the C frame the ones I have seen have all had a varying small gap between the 510 and the C frame.

Battery cap is threaded too fine some say, there maybe an issue with oxidisation and the brass battery tube. Its a heavy mod too much heavier than a S class. Its not exactly mini in size (hey Tony!)

As to fatal software issues none have surfaced yet and as all revisions of the SX350 (60, 100, 350m, 350j) are s/w upgradeable if anything does surface YiHi given enough feedback should resolve it.

That part sucks... we need a mini hana style case (the board fits I believe) with cutouts specially made for the sx350j.

Have no problem with weight. It's the size that bothers me :)

Just today I was holding a twin 18650 keystone support and it's bigger than my mod lol.

What are these...volts...you speak of? And what is this....Provari...you speak of? Is it an ancient relic, used by tribes of the past? Is "volts" the incantation you offer your ancestors when you seek favor while wielding a "Provari"?

7.29 each, bought a bunch of these in a coop and they have been steller. Samsung INR18650-25R 2500mAh - RTD vapor

I'd recommend the LUC v4 over the Nitecore -- unless you need to also charge AA, AAA batteries with it.
2000mAh vs 750mA for dual, and 1000mAh vs 375mAh for quad. Also has a cool feature to charge your cellphone/laptop/tablet, etc... off of a battery in the 2nd slot.

Genuine Samsung 25R all over eBay for under $13/pr with free shipping and a nice plastic case to store them.

It's heavier than a Vapor Flask with both batteries installed. To me, that's the biggest downside, especially since all that extra heft doesn't really add to the durability and/or aesthetics in any appreciable way.

Once you get around 130-150g in a palm-sized unit, you get into that sweet spot that triggers "quality" psychologically, in regards to "hand feel". Start exceeding that, and "quality" may or may not remain, but "clunky" and "bulky" start to show up more often. Mobile phone manufacturers have learned this lesson.

Yes but you can use it to break some noses too :D

And 325gr is the weight of a burger ;)
