I should really get with you offline and try to figure out the differences as I used you as a reference when purchasing my Ti since you had such great success with it from Unkamen. But 400F for me in Ti mode is weaker than a cigalike, no warmth and little vapor.
Same with me I try it every now and then like today and to get the same vape I get in NI200 mode 270 14J I had to go to 490 14J hits the temp fast in either mode but at 400 its nothing.

Wicking issues were definitely the problem I was having a couple of weeks ago with ni200 & my Lemo2. I at first thought that there was no way this was the issue, that it had to be a problem with my coil or with the Lemo2's positive pin connection. After redoing coils & even switching to my other Lemo2 I still had the same issue - not much vapor & the warmth of the vape would not go up even though I raised temp up over 500f.
Then focused on wick & used less cotton......same result. Next, I went in the opposite direction & used more cotton. Enough to where I was thinking "this has got to be too much". But to my surprise Lemo2 started to perform excellent.
@Vlad1, I use the same method you do on my Lemo. Make the cotton a little wider than coil so that it moves through coil but is snug. What I then changed was the length of the wicks. I started leaving them a little longer than top of chimney. Then fluffing really well & tucking down. I also make sure my juice channels are clear behind the cotton. Using MORE cotton has worked everytime on my Lemo2. Now, I am still having some issues if I use 80vg/20pg but anything 70vg/30pg or lower(which is pretty much all of my juices) everything is working great now.

If you keep the juice channels open I don't think you can stuff to much cotton in the Lemo2. I cut the cotton to be slightly larger than the coil and then twist/roll/compress to fit and reverse the process once threaded. Outside of having toothpick sized "juice wells" I ensure that the deck is stuffed full of cotton. I use mostly %100VG and while my mundane temp of 380F and 1/2 air flow does not "push" the Lemo2 to its vapor producing limits, it works well enough for me.

My SX-mini M-class has been losing the black paint on the grip over the last two months. Is this something Yihi is replacing under warranty?

At first, I though I was scratching it, but it seems like it's just wearing off quickly. Every time I think I should let it go, I remember what I payed for it. Just two months ago.

It can be replaced but I think it's a fruitless solution. The paint simply isn't very durable and you'll likely go through the same thing over and over. Part of the problem is that it's difficult to get paint to adhere well to the zinc alloy die casting that YiHi uses for the M class and part of the problem is that paint is inherently poor in wear resistance.

I put on one of the YiHi silicone sleeves and it feels fine, looks fine and I don't have to see what's underneath the sleeve. :)

Thanks. If it wasn't for the warranty, I'd paint it myself. Just have to open it up.

That's where I'm at as well. My finish looks terrible, but until the warranty is up, I'm just going to keep a sleeve or something on it.

Eventually I want to either media blast it, or paint it.

What I'd really like to do is wrap the grip only in leather. The only issue is the edge of the leather will show. Trying to come up with a solution. I know I can open the box and sand/grind down the edges and tuck the leather in. But, warranty!

Maybe I'll start skiving the leather and see what happens.

That would be sick if you could do something like the G4 leather back on the grip part.

I don't understand this either. Have refused to update based on the wishy-washy reviews here.

Just did the update to v 2.23 which seems, at least to me, to be giving a solid, consistent vape in Titanium mode: 0.25 ohm, 23J, 450 F.

    What am I missing?
Do you run you NI200 at 450? Like I say I can get it to work on Ti mode but it is way off. 450 should burn the cotton if you are dry but I doubt that it would because it is too far off.

Most often between 430-450 F on a DNA, and, almost always above 400 F on the SX Mini...grabbing an Ni 200 atty...

    With the SquapeRs at 0.114, 450F, 25 J; the MB GEM at 0.136, 18 J, 420-430 F, and, the K4 about the same.

Yes, I changed to Nickel Mode, and, sync' the resistance in each instance. Good vape throughout.

For those of you that follow Pbusardo he recently updated a My Top Now page that he lists his current top pics. He lists the SXmini M as his pic for Regulated Box Device w/temp control. I assume when he says Pic it means Pick. Was there any doubt?? Pretty good considering we're going on 5 months since it's release IMO.

Well, I have come to Value opinions of other EFC members that take their time to evaluate things and report back their findings and feelings on such.

    Thanks for yours.

I suppose I could go ahead and Flash and if it works great, I'm done or if not I can Flash again later. Not really difficult.
Simply have not since the Ni200 I built is still performing like a Champ and I haven't even found a need to re-wick yet. Passing 50ml now.

Has anyone gotten an SXM from 3FVape. I see they are only 103.99 with free shipping. Not sure if they are fake or what. No where that I could see does it say YiHi and they have it in Red which I have not seen anywhere else, not that I have been looking. I thought that YiHi would not sell any cheaper. Plus they are in China so IDK what to think of that. I will stay with Varitube.

The SX Mini in 3fvape are clones. Yihi mentioned that the SX Mini would not be sold by China retailers.

For online stores like fasttech or 3fvape, if there's no 'authentic' in front, it's a clone. ;)

Not sure if the listing had this when you looked at it, but it says "SX MINI M-CLASS 60W STYLE" now, whenever you see 'style' on 3fvape or the like, its a clone. Or as @m00shie stated, no authentic, then its not authentic.

Focalecig has the SX mini S for like $60. I read a review on it & there were some issues with it. Before that I thought about picking one up just to have another VW device to carry around & not have to worry about. But at the end of the day I just can't compromise t on the function & quality of my SXMM. I know I would be highly disappointed with the clone. But who knows maybe the one of the M class at 3F is better is a decent clone.
