For one, the buttons are not covered by the case. And they are more Form fitting, and appear of a higher quality silicone.

That's fairly significant, thanks. The buttons are DEFINITELY significant, because the cases currently out remind me of.... (how do I say this here?) "protected six".

Figure it out. :D

I'm still not sure about losing the sharp lines of the Mini. For me, they're a big part of the attraction. The case would detract from that (again - for ME). I also don't like the idea of adding size, since "pocketability" would be impacted. I get the idea of wanting to protect it, but I'd only want to go so far. I guess that's clear by now though, so I should just shut the truck up.

Like I've said before, if you have an S class. Then the case would smooth out those sharpish edges. Plus I doubt the thickness of the case is too much. But we'll see, may have to exacto blade bottom for S class. I'll post come time.

M class came today. Wow. Just wow. The TC on this is another level compared to the ipv4. I am using the same Lemo with the build I was using on the ipv4 and from the first hit I knew this was a different beast. Better flavor, I've dropped under 400F and to 35j and this vape is still satisfying as I could ask for.

Post a pic when you get it, please.

But I just made arrangements to send my wrapped one in for a powder coating, like the other in the pic. I'm going with a solid color for this one (still deciding...). Look ma, no sleeves!
I'll do that as soon as Yihi delivers. They emailed, and said June, well its June...I was thinking a very durable, and professional look for the SX would be a media blast.(like the Russian 91%) with the SXmini logo laser etched on. I'm actually looking into this alternative.

Nice vape mail day...this bad boy showed up, I've owned and sold a couple pretty decent VV/VW devices including a VaporFlask, very nice but a little large to be an EDC...not this one, it's a keeper and might be the one that converts me to this type permanently...I just might have a few mechanical tube mods for sale real soon.

I received my silicone case today. I personally prefer having the small, up/down buttons covered. I prefer having as much of the device as possible covered... I wish the USB outlet, which I only use when I'm updating my SX, was also covered. I'd also be concerned that having the silicone case cut out for the up/down buttons may make them harder to press.

Anyway, if anyone's interested, here's the silicone case I received today, high quality silicone, not sticky so it won't attract lint and dust....
