I never really thought of it, actually. I know James S. is at least 'somewhat acquainted' with the GG products, but I don't think he's actually ever owned one. If you're talking about James B. (JBTX1), then yes. He's intimately familiar with them. He introduced me to the GG line and I know he is friends with the owner, Greg, who's also a GG connoisseur. So, now that you mention it, you could be right. The general concept is similar to the AVS-slotted 808.

I know James S. has been a self-described AltSmoke 'fanboy' for quite some time. Basically, he wanted to make a simple, easy to use tank for his Silver Bullet. He may very well have been influenced by seeing Greg and JB using theirs.

think I got it....James S. is in Richardson at the brick and mortar who created and sells the liquinator on vaporescence.com, he does not own a GG but Gregg who is the proprietor of vaporescence owns a GG along with friend James B.(JBTX1); the both of which, being intimately acquainted with the AVS-slotted 808 and the GG product line, most likely influenced James S. to create the liquinator.:?:

yea thought the tints were tinted tubes not just the tints you put on the tubes...pretty simple though to apply, the tints overlap the tube edges and tube circumference so you need a sharp razor blade to cut the excess tint that extends over the tube edges. For me just left the overlap around the tube....James should be having a video up soon to explain his way of putting the tints on

....got the smoke color tint and doesn't look bad at all...you can still see the liquid but tank is almost nearly black....oh btw here is a pic in case you wondering how it looks...

we all like to see pics ya know....worth a thousand words :p

That's odd...the liquinator was cutting off the airflow on my Infinity. I've been figuting I'd need a 510/510 extention.

Hi all,

I've been reading this thread the past few days and finding out what I can about the Liquinator. Thanks for the discussion!

On the vaporescence website, there's a 5mL DC tank scheduled for "this week" and a 5.5mL phat scheduled for "two weeks." Being vapers, I'm sure you can empathize with the feeling of anticipation around release dates for things like this. I'm eager to get on board with the Liquinator! Even though I'd much prefer to get a larger tank, if the release be pushed back maybe I will go ahead with a 3 mL.

Does anyone know anything more specific than that about release? Or about release of the stainless model?

Thanks again for the informative thread!

Not really, other than what's on the website. I don't think the 5ml dual will be pushed back, just because it's really the same design as the 3ml version with a longer center tube. The Phat tank has larger diameter tubing, so I'm assuming larger end caps, too. That is the more likely of the two to be delayed (if any).

I wouldn't make any plans based on the stainless. I'm hearing rumors from others about the design (full tank or end caps, as I saw) which are confusing me, so I think we should just wait a little to see if the Vaporescence newsfeed gives any detail.

vaporescence sells the KR808d Blank Cartomizer-Punched For GG AVS/AFS so I think we are on to something...

vaporescence nu-vapor discussion with James B. of the punched K808d brought up an interesting vid of the fog by funstore.gr and whether the cart would work with it....here's the vid of the "AFS" for the ego

so take out the atomizer and put in a cart and voila we have the liquinator, the poor man's AVS/AFS

Ya you do, you'll need it for other's on the Infinity. I think in the photo he's pushed the carto down enough to expose the air holes and the slots are higher.

have 2 different Infinity's and both work ok without a 510/510 adapter ...you all are confusing me

maybe lift the tank a little up or unscrew cart a tad and should work....some Infinity's are not created equal and the 2 I have have be serviced so maybe that explains it

Edit: After putting a 510/510 extender on the Infinity the draw is not as tight as without so may do well to get one if having draw issues

With the FOG, Liquinator or both? Did you get both the 901 and 510 atomizer connectors with your FOG?

I skipped the dremel altogether. I use a sheetrock nail, measure against the endcap (same as if using a dremel) and punch one hole. Works just fine. I use 3.2 ohms kr808 cartos.

Right now just liquinator. Have a fog and will probably put that in action later today or tomorrow. Don't use 510 anything. My devices (primarily Darwin) all have 510 native but I use adapters to better control airflow. I find 510 gear too airy and lacking in flavor.
