I must be the only one that cannot get the tank to feed fast enough.
I am constantly sucking like a Hoover to get it to saturate the filler.
I tried cutting the slots much longer and even a bit wider.
My juice is 80%pg/20%vg.
Don't get me wrong, I love the thing, but I keep checking this thread to see if anyone has my issue and has found a solution.
Everybody is complaining about leaking, but I have the opposite issue.
Oh well, I still love it and hopefully will find a solution in how I cut the cartos.
Sucking still beats topping off......oh my!

Your juice mix is fine so that isn't the problem. Did you pick the little leftover sliver of metal out of the slots after you cut them? If so, when you vape, have you seen any little bubbles come out of the holes or noticed the level of juice slowly going down?

I have been having some issues with the cartos which I received from Greenhouseone that appear to cause some leakage. These appear to be ever so slightly smaller in diameter than the ones I received from Vaporscience.

GH1 claims that they are genuine Boge, yet I do measure a difference of about .04 mm. That is not a lot; in fact, it is very small.
You can actually feel them, though, being slightly looser on the Liquinator.

I could try some tape or thin film, if I can get any. One thing, though. Mine were not stainless when they came: the covering had to be stripped off and cleaned. I was wondering if anyone else was having issues.

Thanks

I got one today, so far so good. The caps are tight, it is a little looser on the carto (no wrap on it) than I was expecting. I did a test fill and let it sit around a couple of hours on it's side, no leaks. I used the drip tip to screw it in, didn't want to encourage tank/carto leak.

I am using it on a Darwin, already had a 510-510 adapter. Nice draw, good taste. I put in some 8mg, so I don't vape too much. I only filled the tank up about half way, will it wick up enough to cover the air tube inside if you fill it full? No gurgles, no splashes so far.

A longer carto with the 3 ml tank would have some room on the carto to grab to screw it in/out.

Addendum: I did soak the carto itself first completely, before filling the tank.

Sounds like you're doing everything correctly. I find it works fine if you fill it all the way, but it works even better when I leave a little bit of air (maybe 10%) in the tank. You can literally vape it down past the slots, but I generally fill it before that.

A longer carto is fine for tightening if you feel you want it tighter, but be careful not to pull the tank up past the slots.

Got mine today. Works great. It's currently sitting in my truck since it's way too loose on the carto to be pocket friendly.

I hope the heat doesn't cause any leaks, but if it does, I don't see how that will be the fault of the Liquinator.

The yellow swirled drip tip is kinda neat.

Excessive heat can force the liquid to leak up from the drip tip. I learned that the hard way. But I find no matter how much the cart swirls, they're still pocket friendly for me. I ride the bike and keep the liquinator in a jacket pocket.

I have only tried 3 ml/Boge standard carto they sent for me. I have been vaping it relentlessly for the last few hours, no problems. It's showing 2.9 ohm on the carto, I'm mostly vaping it @ 5.1v for about 8.7 watts of heat (Darwin Default Detent), it's pretty sizzly, but no juice in mouth so far. I tried a few hits at 6.2 volts/12.7 watts on the same atty no problem, but it's a warmer vape than I prefer. I am using 100% PG.

This is my first real tank, so there is not much experience to offer. VPJUNKIE510, if you get the air tube full of juice and hit it hard, I could see it giving the tubefull into your mouth. Try getting the carto completely wet, like you would vape it by itself, then try a little juice in the tank?

I had gurgle issues for a couple days with the 3mL DC, though now with the third cartomizer (all pre-cuts) it has been working flawlessly for a week and a half. Also, I've had the 5.5 mL on a Silver Bullet for a couple days with a Boge LR that came with it, and it has worked perfectly as well from the first fill.

I am left wondering if it was the first two DC cartos or if it was something I was doing, but have since corrected. I don't feel like I'm doing anything differently, except MAYBE getting no juice inside the center of the carto when filling. User error or bad cartos, either way I'm completely satisfied with the tank.

Although now I'm sitting here waiting for the stainless version :( Hmm I wonder if they'll offer a metallic tank tint so that an all metal look would be possible :)

More than $3.05. Sounds like you're self-sufficient. :)

I just like to build stuff. I was actually thinking maybe I should sell the ones I make.
Mine don't leak and it take one minute to fill and no sliding the cart up and down to fill, just pop off top fill and put top back on. I. Can try to post pics later.
