Well I got 2 more SS and my 2nd replaced black Liquinators today. The 2 SS ones spin and slide just as bad as my other SS. The black one is fine. I will not be calling or sending any more back. I'm sick of running to the post office. The SS tanks will be for indoor only and my black and white ones will be for the road. I just hope the Map DCT works out better. I am now done with Vaporesence.

Got a response from my e-mail to VE.......

Send back the bad one and I will ship you out a new one when it arrives

Hmm, and who is paying for the shipping back? Is this what some have called great customer service?

I bought a time ago a VV box mod from madvapes. They did send me by mistake a 5V mod. After sending them a mail, they imedeatly sended me the VV mod, telling me to keep the 5V mod for free. That is customer service.

I have these o rings and compared them to the ones used in the SS Liquinator. They fit and they are slightly thicker. I put them in mine and my SS tank is tight as a drum. I can't be 100% sure that this will fix everyones, but I can tell you it worked for me. Mine is tight and is working flawlessly.

I wish everyone's was working like mine..... I have two black derlin ones............... Never experienced ANY problems as some have posted.... I had given my review some pages ago.... I was originally sold on my MapTanks from COV but, they would leak if placed on it's side.. When I tried the liquinators I fell in love! I am a Paramedic Firefighter and had forgot the liquinator in my pocket during some calls....NEVER LEAKED OR CAME APART! I purposely left the liquinator attached to my Super Mini GLV in my turnout coat pocket during a couple of extrication/rescue car accidents to give it a test- NEVER LEAKED OR CAME APART! My liquinator does slide as it supposed to! BUT, I have never experienced a leak nor of the liquinator tank sliding off the cartomizer!!.. My all day juice and only juice I use is the 555 menthol from Vaporenu! Presently enjoying the LR on my 3.7 SuperMini GLV and the regular cartomizers at 5 Volts on my provari...... I was wanting the AL or SS to look good on the provari but, yoiu guys have scared me.... Sorry but, I am going to give it a try as my experience with Vaporessence has always been good. I talked to them on the phone from California for like 30 minutes they were so nice!!!

For some of the new people here start at the beginning of the thread before you post negative things..... Some of these problems have been trouble shot before and found to be user error!!

Just my input!!!

I was to ship it back and pay the shipping......but since I already paid shipping on this defective one I responded back that he, James should ship me a good one along with a pre-paid return shipping envelope and then I would sent the defective one back to him....that is what customer service should be......so we will see how it goes......

Yes, thats how it should be done. What happens is that if they sended you a device that is not in optimal condition, its the responsability of the vendor to do what it needs to fix it, and charging with the costs. IMHO.

Problem is that even when they sell by internet, they have no interest to inform themselves what is happening with the stuff they ship to their customers, or even send automatically a shipping confirmation is to much for them. Theres is a lack of comunication.

This all makes it quiet hazardeous to deal with them. This is just not of this time.

Fran...the MAP DCT is super tight and so far the best out of all that I've tried and I've tried them all. I will tell you this much, go with COV on these tanks. No, they don't hold as much but there snug and don't slide. Infact, be prepared to do some pulling to get the carto out to fill...that's how tight.
