Since I've only purchased retail from the vendor, I was curious about the refund policy.

Warranty and Refund Policy

Seems pretty clear to me.

I will not buy from any vendors that have a crappy, oneway policy like they do. It will loose them alot of customers. I for one will never buy from them with such policies.

*GASP* I are iz speechless! I guess I said something bad or against the rules Opps! Sorry! I did not see the other posts but I guess we have been naughty!

I doubt you did anything wrong. You may have just copied a post with a quote. No biggie...

Anyway... I haven't bought any Liquinators in several weeks, but I just wanted to throw some balance in here. If quality has declined since I started the thread, my apologies. My views and opinions were my own based on the five delrin versions I bought and am still enjoying. I've been to both of their stores and know the people are working hard, hiring new people (that could be part of the issue) to meet the demands they didn't expect, and are overall just great people. I'm not saying that to give anyone a pass, just thought it was relevant in the interest of fairness.

I'll ease on out now and hope that those who've received problem merchandise get taken care of.

Guys I have to say this... I love this tank, if people bother to read through the thread, they would see this... I still think the tank is the shizz and thats that. If this is a threat on reviewing the companys products the good AND the bad should definately be noted... I guess that complaints MAYBE should be left out, however, with the market flooded with so many similar products, we as the consumer deserve the oppurtunity to be heard on our experences as well as hear what other consumers have to say. Again, sorry if I said anything thats against the forums rules...

Would like to add that I loved my 1st tank right out of the package...my second one, not so much. BUT...luckily changing out the carto was the only fix I needed, so I was very lucky.

There are many other companies coming out with this style tank, so we will all have more choices and this company will end up losing a lot of customers if they choose to continue to offer bad QC and CS...but that is their choice. I wish everyone the best of luck in getting their issues resolved!

kcos i will try the 901, i don't have all the adapters but a friend does, so will try that and post what happens, actually getting him off his .... to find them..i may as well order now that i think about it haha
i don't mind cutting, i use my dremel almost daily anyways :)

CE2's are better in my opinion. I get a much better taste from a CE2 over a cartomizer everytime
same, and i never had one leak or clog up, or taste crappy, if someone made a ce2 tank i didn't have to worry about laying on it's side and leaking i would do it.
..have you tried them in a carto tank? someone mentioned earlier before i ordered one that it works for them, i don't see why it wouldn't?

~as far as sending back, it's hard to say, i hate to be odd girl out but i'm a vendor (not ecig) and if someone were to have a problem they pay ship to me, i pay to send back, it's not happened often at all, but i always double what they purchased in some form of freebies or coupon. it's just easier because if i sent them money to ship back it would cost me more because of fees + time/labor/new product. same if i included a return envelope like someone suggested..that's paying ship that may not be used ever, supplies (envelope/ink/etc)..I'm not amazon, i'm not rich by any means.
IF the product was defective or broken, a photo suffices in my case and i ship a replacement out plus extras.

with most big corps, they make you pay..i just sent a product back as they sent the wrong item..15.00 in postage, i don't get that back, and another place i ordered and the product didn't work, it was 2 lbs so that was another 15.00 i was out plus original shipping paid. these are 'household name' companies that could eat a loss easier than a small brick and mortar biz.

I, for one, would like to thank you Wylie for starting the liquinator thread. If you hadn't, I wouldn't have found my sweet spot! It will save me a lot of time that I can use to focus on other things like family and work. So to you Wylie, THANK YOU!

Two examples of Customer service:

Defective lap top computer - Manufacturer shipped box to me to place unit in and pre-paid shipping....no cost to me...

Minor defect of EXPENSIVE PV - company OVERNITED a replacement unit and only had to sent original after receiving brand new unit...OVERNITE SHIPPING COST WAS ALMOST 20.00 (paid by company)...

Thats is what Customer service is all about.....IMO

UPDATE: To paraphrase my last response from VE (James)...........said I could pay shipping and he would repay me and ship new unit....also said HE DIDN'T CARE ABOUT ECF, AND THAT THIS IS THE STUPIDEST THREAT AND THAT HE WAS TIRED OF HEARING IT.

I also would like to thank Wylie for the thread. I have found my sweet spot also. Would not have happened without the liquinator. I would also like to say I had one of the loose tanks. It was replaced quickly and to my satisfaction. I have no problems with there customer service. I love the liquinator even if I have to find an oring. Big deal.

I have also found my sweet spot thanks to this thread. What we tend to forget is that we all have different preferences in what we are looking for in both an ecig product and the vendors we deal with. I personally found atomizers finicky and do not enjoy the taste I get from ce2's. I have personally found cartomizers to be most consistently pleasing, but I did not like having to constantly refill them. This tank has taken care of that issue for me.

I have both the delrin tank and just received the SS one this week. They both work flawlessly. Both of my tanks are the smaller ones. Since there are so many options available with this tank, it would be interesting to know whether those of you having problems chose the larger version.

Good point Tigerlilly, I have been reading and wondering the same. I just ordered the 5ml SS and am starting to worry):
