RDA TC with hybrid coils on the DNA200

i was thinking of trying out some hybrid TC coils on the DNA200. my main goal is to get something which is easier to TC than SS, while still maintaining the flavor that I like from SS coils. i was thinking of making a clapton with the center wire being 28GA Ni200 and the wrap being 32GA 316SS. i can plug all the info into steam engine wire tool and get a TC curve i can input into escribe. however, before i spent the time and materials building a coil i wanted to check if anyone else had any experience doing this.
