If you have a 3 piece, its very easy. Drip vape til almost dry then vape again.

With a 2 piece its not so easy since each load retains the flavor of the previous load to a certain extent. You could invest in a bunch of cartomizers and just try.

Or invest in a cheap 3 piece system. You can find them for under $6 if you know where to look. Battery, atomizer, and some (probably poopy tasting) cartridges. Just drip on the atomizer and use the blank that it comes with to go on top.

I always use separate atomizers if the flavors are different. I buy in bulk from china, get around 50 atties for about 70-80 bucks shipped.

If the flavors aren't too far off from each other, or mix ok (like different fruit flavors) I'll just start a new flavor on top of the old one, possibly blow out the old juice first.

OK, I thnk I might have the picture. Is "dripping" that people talk about on here something that is done with some particular hardware other than a plan atti and just drip on it. Or? Can someone explain dripping. I see people say it all the time but I've looked all over this forum and can't see where anyone said exactly what it is. Unless it is exactly what it sounds like... dripping liquid on the atti. If that is all it is then I'm just reading to much into it and trying to make it something special. LOL

Thank you for the replies.

That's it! dripping into the atty. Drip tips allow you to do this without having to take off a cartridge tip.

Thanks, a little more please...how many drops?? When using a drip tip it goes down the sides of the atty? Thats ok rather than right on the wick? These are the details I'm looking for that never seem to be mentioned. Thank you.

You can drip 2-3 drops right on the atomizer bridge or down the side and vape until it tastes dry. Make sure not to drip too much or it leaks. If you have an auto battery it will go right in and it's bye, bye battery. Can be a little tedious but if you enjoy flavor, it's a worth while endeavor. If you like it and really want something special, check out bridgeless atomizers. They are made specifically for direct dripping and nothing else. Do you know what model you are currently the proud owner of? 901? 510? 808?

the only thing a drip tip does is take away some of the tediousness by eliminating the need to take the tip off every time while still (somewhat) protecting you from a hot juice splatter to the back of your throat.

I just got a ProVari but have plenty of EGO bats around. "bridgeless atomizers" hmmm worth it? Better taste? ?? Where can I get those? Will they make it easier to clean out to try different flavor? thanks

Yes, they will transfer from one flavor to another since there is no bridge and no wick to hang on to flavors, just the heating coil. They are worth it, if you like dripping. If you would rather pop on the cartridge and vape longer they are not because again, no bridge and wick to suck juice from a cart. If you are using a 510 model then try these. BetterLife 510 3-Hole Dripping Atomizers (2.0-2.5 ohm) [BL510-3Hole] - $4.99 : ValueVapor.com, Discount Electronic Cigarettes and e-Liquid They are cheap and sturdy and will last. I'm sure I found some on a registered supplier to the forums here too.

The atty's have a shield that you drip onto. The shield protects you throat from hot juice popping off the coil to the back of your throat.

If you have an extra atty floating around that is losing it's life, or you just want to fiddle (cause we all do- it's electronics!)

I drip it into an atty, then I clean the atty with everclear and blow it out then drip the new stuff

Stormie:angel:

Unfortunately PGA and everclear is not available in NY and you need a special permit to get it where CaptJR is. Someone who lives near me posted a tip to some 160 proof vodka but I forgot to jot it down.
