Ain't she a peach?

PS: Hey Dusty, recognize that little black scissor-looking clip thing towards the bottom of the picture? It's that macro clip-on lens apparatus from FT. Good on ya!

Yes because it also closes juice control

Excellent, Thank you! I'm going to upgrade it to primary outside topper.

Anyone else running single coil mode? I'm a bit of a wimp. I've only taken it to 15W so far with a 26g, 1.2ohm coil.

Does the ability to be able to tighten down the tank and close off the air flow mean that the Aqua V2 would be less susceptible to leaking due to pressure changes? i.e when flying or getting in and out of subways etc.

yes. but always remember to close/open the tank upside down otherwise it'll flood. I am not exactly sure this happens, but it is consistent. I assume if the aqua v2 had dual airholes, the change in pressure or suction when closing/opening wouldnt be so great. maybe someone else that knows physics, etc. can explain this.

I run single coil -- 26 gauge kanthal, 7 wraps (I believe), 3/32 diameter, 0.8 ohm, japanese cotton split and wrapped around to the extra channels. using a mech mod, so I think it's about 22 watts @ 4.2v. I love it!

How does the aqua v2 clone perform compared to the orchid? I have an orchid and i love the performance of it but the aqua v2 looks like it's much easier to use, fill and build. Mostly interested to know if this has the same flavor, performance, airflow and vapor production as the orchid.

This is exactly what I've been trying to figure out. I've been vaping the Orchid V2 exclusively for a few months now; I never drip, the orchid at .4ohms gives me all I need without the hassle of constantly dripping. Really hoping the AquaV2 can keep up with it, while making filling and adjusting the build more simple. I'll let you know how it stacks up later today. I'm a bit worried as I think I read that the AquaV2's airflow doesn't quite match the Orchid's. Fingers crossed.

Are you referring to drilling another hole? I don't have mine in hand yet, so I'd be interested in a deeper explanation. Have you done this yourself? If so, I demand pictures. :p

I would assume so, since the Aqua2's airflow system is quite simple. You'd only need to drill one hole through the fairly thin rim of metal on the side below the build deck and opposite the original hole.

It's quite airy enough for me as is, running 0.5-0.8 ohm duals on a 30w box.

Changed it up..

Dual 28g 5/64 micro installed on the Aqua V2.

0.7 ohms. Loaded her up with 100%VG 3mg Pirates Booty from Heathers Heavenly Vapes. Lung hitting it at 18W 3.6v on the Sig 100.

Similar build to what has been working like a charm on my Magmas.

Arr arr arr! Bootylicious!!
