I've never had an email from BB, except in response to a question. I was kinda hoping that someone else might've got one ...
Yuuup. Auto shut off is exactly what happens when the batts are dead. I'm betting that's all it is. BilletBoxes are little tanks. They are as solid as that Squonk mod you like
. It takes a lot to hurt one!
Thanks for the offer, I have already had to wait 4 weeks sense I last ordered anything, and a lot longer than that sense I ordered a BB. If I do some how miss out, it will most likely only be till next Saturday, I was very disappointed to see that they were not selling today, what is that saying, patience is a Virtue?

Yup, my BB cuts off right when the batts need to go on the charger. Hopefully it won't take long to get your new ones!
I like them the best but that could be because I have so many and they are the newest ones I have. The other trustfires are no good. The flame jacket are only 880 mah so I'm sure the others are better. They charge to 4.7.
First - It looks like it is time to play catch-up, especially since I haven't taken to time to reply or comment on a few of the post . . . 
SO AGREE ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ AND - Now since I have no other choice either about eating seafood/fish, I am thankful given that it seems it is just one of the only things now that doesn't cause "Me" to have one of "My" Attacks . . . NOT NICE ! ! !
Use to visit "My" Mother and her family in MA (she was originally from North Shore Boston - the Lynn/Haverhill area) and actually "Liked" fried whole belly clams until I got a few during "RED TIDE" - Talk about NOT NICE ! ! ! (and I'll leave it at that since I am sure Ya know what happens) . . . SO - Now I can barely eat any clams at all and definitely Not Whole Belly or Fried . . .

"The colors we'll have for cyber Monday are light blue, brown, rpg, green, red, black, clear, orange, dark gold, pink"
Although not for "Me" . . . YES - PINK ! ! !

I used to live in MA, where Ipswich clams were plentiful and inexpensive. I love lobster and shrimp, but there's nothing like great steamers and whole belly fried clams

AND - Now about the conversation I had with "Doug Dino" . . .
First - For those who have not had the pleasure of speaking with "DD" over the phone, let "Me" just tell Ya' what a joy it was to talk to a Vendor who is more then just someone who is out to make a buck . . . "DD" is not just the creator and producer of the Billet Box - he is one of the few Vendors who is a craftsman and a professional that actually listens and takes interest in his customer, including addressing their NEEDS . . . Matter of fact, "DD" took the the time out of his busy schedule to actually talk with "Me" for over an hour to discuss the problem I was having and possible solutions to address this issue in the future too . . . More importantly, from what I've seen others post, this is not the first time he has done this either or just with "Me" . . . AND - After "Our" discussion this time, it only reaffirms "My" original opinion that . . .
SO - Now that I am done with "My" gushing about the Man himself, to the purpose of "My" call to "DD" . . . It was about the size differences and difficulty inserting the AW icr 123 16340 Protected that I had recently gotten. Long story short . . . As a result, "DD" did find out - using the calipers & batteries he had on hand - that there there are slight size difference in these batteries now being produced and they will be tighter to fit into the BIllet Box. That's when we got into the discussion about using the "Red" AW batteries (as I noted in "My" previous post). "DD" reminded "Me" of his suggestion to just "Smack" the Billet Box on the PALM of "Your" hand (not the table top - as I did . . . ) , but it still was not working for "Me". AND - I didn't want to continue use a letter opener to pri the batteries out of the Billet Box either (Yes - I did . . . ) . . . I then asked if using a "ribbon" as they do in some other products to remove batteries would be alright - I even suggested the trash bag ties. That's when he tried something he had there to check if that would work. Well it did . . . So as a result, "Doug Dino" mentioned that he is now going to be thinking about this and what can hopefully be done as a work around for people in the future . . .
