After using the VS for about a week now, I can say that I love it. It has brought my BB alive! I haven't used all the different bridges out there, but for me, this is the one. No need to look further, I'ma happy! :)

OPL this is so good to hear!

Glad you like it!

Every time I read someone liking it so much, it brings back that rush of finding a great atomizer and realizing how simple and easy vaping can be.

Then there's me, and folks like me. Still using (and liking) the ORIGINAL Billet Bridge, BVC coils and all. "Kata" done good (IMO).

That being said, I'm glad others are now finding their sweet spots too. Tis a truly marvelous thing, this "Vape". Something for everybody. :vapor:

Although, I DO NOT build coils . . .
Really wish they would make one for "US" (V3 BB) . . . Just Sayin' . . . ;)

.

They never expressly said a Rev3 VapeShell was off the table.

They just wanted to make sure their first entry in the BBox world was geared toward current market trends.

I’m willing to bet, after seeing the success of the VapeShell, that they’ll come up with a second atomizer that would work for both style BBoxes.

That offset tank hole in the Rev3 presents a bit of an oddity, and is likely why the current style rebuildable atomizers weren’t introduced until the Rev4 came out.

For the Rev3, I can imagine that something like the build deck of the Insider would work best, as the coil & airflow sit off to one side of the posts...

Hey B.B. buds- I’m still using my old 3a, but am having a terrible time finding IMR 16340 batteries for it. Any suggestions? I know the AW plant is still closed so they are really scarce. I bought the last 6 IMRs that Avid Vaper had and they don’t even compare in quality. I’ve checked the B.B. site a few times in the past week and a half - I was getting so desperate I was just going to buy a new BB, but there hasn’t been any available and no post on FB in a couple of months. Am I just missing them when they’re available or ??? Also, I want to try another boro tank - I’ve been using the original Delrin tank with my bridge and it works great, but really liked being able to see my juice better with the boro. The one I had leaked so bad (even after changing gaskets, reversing them, etc that I just gave up, but I’m hoping I just got a bum tank and want to try one again.)

Any suggestions/input?

As far as I know the new Rev 4's go up on Saturday. These Batteries were recommended to me a while back, but they are not protected. I have not used them, I still have some of the AW's. :|

IMREN 16340 700mAh Battery - Button Top

Edit: I just checked the BB site, they have I Dirt Pie BB in stock right now, I like the Rev 4's it is definitely easier to get batteries for them.

Any thoughts on the SVT Crossbow that will be released tomorrow morning?

I was very interested two months ago but their marketing campaign really turned me off. Many "it's coming very soon" messages with various "big news next Friday!" posts thrown in every couple of weeks. Those big announcements turned out to be drops for BB airflow restrictors, drip tips, and a 3D printed case to put spare boros in.

Lots of hints about pricing, that it was not going to be the cheapest nor the most expensive. In my mind, that put it in the VapeShell range which is 85 euros.

Much was made of the new ground being broken, but almost no specific info was released due to "can't give cloners any help". And it turns out the price is going to be 119 euros, with any tuning restrictors being extra cost. Add shipping to that figure. And actual specifications (like chimney size which I think is critical) will not be released until tomorrow.

Edit: I should have read the previous message closer. At that time I looked at their site this morning, no dimensions had been posted. Sorry for that.

So the day before the drop we finally get a photo of that deck. I look at it a couple of different ways: It's a Kayfun deck with a cover. Or it's a Vapeshell which is now oval instead of rectangular.

Hey, it might be the greatest thing ever but I'm going to sit this one out for a while. I think they released a non-english language review today but that's the first one I've heard of. Maybe that breathless marketing just gave me a case of the cynics. But for $140 USD (or so) shipped, with the specific reducers I may need being extra, and only the manufacturers claims to rely on, I'm pretty unimpressed.

The Vapeshell isn't perfect but it's pretty good. I honestly can't think of a single reason right now why spending more makes much sense.

EDIT: I should have read the original post a bit closer. When i looked at their site this morning, no dimensions were listed. Sorry for the error. And also sorry if this gets double posted somehow since I've already edited this message once but it did not appear.
