Glad they're workin for ya, but there is no way I would use a trustfire. I don't know that much about batteries, but I trust mooch and baditude cuz they do understand just about everything about em, and they say not to go near em. Good nuff for me.
I'm not being critical of you for using them, prolly shouda quoted krisma, cuz that's more for her than you since you like em


do you have anything to measure the batt voltage? You can a cheap DMM at harbor freight, or get a better one, but my 6.00 one works fine. You could check the batt, say 1/2 way through the day, if it's still fine, check it at night. If it's low, just change em each night. If it's too low, change em earlier.

I trust my experience with them. Have had nothing but stellar use for over 6 yr. but had problems with the other brands I've used and they are protected batteries.

But like I said I've been using them a long time and battery chemistry has changed a lot since I started using them. So I will be changing brands to the best that's out there now just as I did with my 18650s. I like to upgrade my vaping gear as the industry gets better.

I'm just glad you've had no issues with them. And of course, you can use what you like. But glad you'll be changing. Yeah I don't like protected either so much, would rather have safer chemistry batts

I have a Boge in mine right now not sure what one it is but it is working just fine. I needed to do a cotton change on the BVC I had in it and did not have time. I left the boge in there as it is working just fine.

@HBcorpse - DD's board is a marvelous creation.

I'm one of (I don't know how few) who feel that the industry suffered a setback when he switched to the DNA40 (I know - sacrilege). It's amazingly consistent and smooth, almost to the very last vape. The batteries cut out at around 3.2, if I recall correctly. But they do so with VERY little warning, which has always amazed me.

You know I love my Provi's, but I love my BB's just as much. And I truly believe that the wonder that was DD's board will come to be even more appreciated in time. You did well with the Rev 3, for they are no more.

Love my 4, but my 3's are special. In SO many ways. NEVER selling...
