You might consider trying these:
1/2 OZ BOTTLE W/NEEDLE TIP I use them to drip right thru 801 style whistle tips (tiny hole but just big enough for the needle). Easily fits thru any drip tip, thru native 306 mouth-pieces, and thru most carto holes too. Probably not thru native 510 or 901 mouthpieces as those are not straight-thru holes.
Takes a bit of playing to find YOUR "right" amount as the drips (droplets) are smaller thru the needle (compared to average dripper bottle) but it is an easy no-look way of dripping. Some people just squeeze and hold for a 3 count, I do (for 801 style attys) 4 one-count squeezes. I never worry about juice getting caught up in the drip tip (only an issue on some tips - and I don't use 801 drip tips as they make 801 styles even more airy. I like the native 801 style hard whistle tips - never any lip-cheese and I the small whistle-tip hole lets me direct the vapor stream to different parts of my tongue), never worry about accidentally missing and getting juice on the outside of the atty, and I don't really even look to drip as I can do it by feel. Just place either middle or ring finger tip to blunt needle tip and feel it to the whistle-tip hole (or drip tip hole). The needle is plenty long so you can easily pass it down to where no juice can get caught in the narrower end of the drip tip (needle can easily reach to bridge). Great for dripping in the dark (movies, etc.) as you quickly learn to no-look drip.
At $1.80 each I ordered ten of them in last order. Only problem is I keep giving them away to people for them to try and I never get them back!

Now I have to order more!
I haven't looked but these might be available in a local hardware store or car parts store.
