Customer service at Evolv is beyond fantastic. An email to them would have gotten you a very speedy response and likely a replacement Darwin within 24 hours.I just got my Darwin today... Unfortunately, I will be returning it. Drew was kind enough to offer a full refund.
Problems other new owners should be aware of:
(1) Off position not working fully - stays on
(2) Broken corner off the gold button
(3) Gunk on the side of the gold cup with black unit (*perhaps it was formerly used).
It really is unfortunately since I was constantly refreshing on Friday and order within 3 mins of its release for the last shipment. However, I will most likely not wait around for the next shipment to reorder.

Did I tell you what happened? I had a tree go down in my backyard. Now, this was a very tall large tree with no sign of disease or anything. Not only did it fall, but the roots pulled right out of the ground when it fell over!
