Recently *every* carto has been loose, I checked them on something different, lo and behold, the threads are getting worn in my 510-510 adapter itself.

I'm just starting to have this problem, myself. I've had a few months use out of this adapter, so it was a few bucks well-spent IMO ;-) Need to get around to ordering replacements, it's the only sealed one I currently own (bought shortly after my Darwin purchase, my Darwin was from just before they started coming with one already attached)

On a related note, though . . . and this might be part of the cause of my adapter wear . . . I've gotten a few cartos recently that don't seem to thread well on any device or adapter, so maybe I'm just hitting some of that "bad batch" I heard about some months ago

Modding is great Killjoy1! As Sayer from Bombay Vaping said "Modding is fun and it gets ahold of you. Once you start you will not be normal again. Everything you look at you will think 'I can mod that'. So beware. I already have the bug."

Sayer was right. My first mod was 'The Puck'. After that I started collecting various materials to mod with. I've been eyeing all the crap in my and my friend's computer drawers, my makeup cases, toys, kitchen appliances, digging out boxes of electrical crap from the '80s .. it's endless.

However, now that I have the Darwin my modding enthusiasm has dwindled. I love this vaping monster!@! :)

No matter how many other mods I try, the Darwin is still my main device and I don't see that changing anytime soon ;-) I'm only just getting into modding and that's more for the fun of it than anything else. I've got all my parts for my first VV mod, now, all ready for assembly and a block of walnut I'll be carving the box out of. Now I just need the time and ambition to do it to actually coincide :p

Well I am not sure how many people have seen this yet but I'd like to hear what you guys think http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...5094-need-comments-us-plane-ban-nov-14-a.html I know that it definately is not good because they are trying to classify vaping as a form of "smoking" and there are some pretty harsh punishments but I am not sure how I feel about the plane part. I haven't been on a plane in years beause I don't get out enough but I can understand how some people may feel uncomfortable around someone who is vaping because they don't fully understand what it is. I also think that we may have actually brought this upon ourselves and before I am lynched for saying that, I don't mean all of us. I am talking about the people who think that they can vape any damn place they want and flaunt it in front of other people. As far as "stealth vapers" go, more power to you but if it's really that much of a problem to wait until you reach your destination to vape then you might wanna get that checked out. I mean, there are other ways to get your nicotine if it's THAT bad  Anyways, that is the end of my "rant" or whatever you wanna call it so go ahead and hate if you must :p At least I brought up the issue so that has to count for something :D

I actually posted something kinda related to this earlier today in a different thread, I will just copy paste it here.

I have said it before in similar threads, but to me, I am trying to emulate smoking, so I will follow the rules in regards to smoking.

If our vapes were simply providing nicotine, and not producing clouds of "vapor", then no one would care.

But we try to emulate smoking, all the way to the cloud of "smoke" that we blow out.

I think its rude and arrogant to blow huge clouds of anything in a place where it is not normally done, I don't care if its vapor or not.

I think being a-holes about it is the quickest way to get the ban-hammer to come down.

Having said that, I have stealth vaped indoors plenty, but always in situations that I absolutely knew it would not bother anyone.

I vape for my health, not to blow clouds in restaurants and stores.

My 2 cents on the topic.

I could not agree more with you Jameth! I've been out with people who whip out their e-cigs in restaurants and start vaping. When I bring up that perhaps it's not such a good idea they look at me like I'm an idiot and proceed to explain why they are entitled to vape wherever they want to. Being polite is not a part of our society any more!

I was pondering what I could have added to my post and you basically took the words right out of my mouth with the clouds of "vapor" part :)
