The Darwin From Evolv!!!

Still haven't had any leakage issues with mine only very satisfying vapor production. Its been very good so far. And while I never cared for having it work as a pass through, now that I can't sleep its been great, just lay in bed and vape when need be as it charges, briliant!
Its an awesome device. Every negative seems to be a positive in another way.
I realy can't wait for evolvs next project if there is one cuz this is hard to top!

Just wrestled Darwin from the post office this am, didnt want to wail for that sloww driver , Darwin appears to be DOA! QQ Sent email to Evolv , any body know an effective cure? Prayer? Mby a reboot procedure?

I know its a new product and all but seen quite a few of these reports now....that's what scaring me about it...hope fully needs
to be charged?..I dunno but I'm stil gonna keep a backup close!

Using the vapemate is tricky. Takes some time to figure squeeze teachnique. Try straight drippin first till you get the hang of drops.
I do 4 drops to prime anew atty(510,901) and refresh with just 2 drops when there's a loss of flavor. And for the most part no mess.
Every once in a while I will forget there's juice still juice left and refresh early and then it leaks.
A little practice and it will become second nature. Its easier than dealin with cartos(imo)

OK!! Panic avoided TOTALLY dead batt- Good one hour on charge (15-30 min not enough) an unit comes on , not enough to vape yet but YAYYY!!!

The adapter is a 510 to 510 that I put in to allow people to use some of the tanks and other sleeves and such. This is the one that works with the Empire from what I understand. Also I have had reports of the Tanks and more specifically the Vape Mate siphoning or leaking so Im not sure I would reccomend that...
As far as being DOA, that would have to be and unfortunate act of God...I personally handled each one of these and installed the adpater and tried one carto and one attys on everyone we sent out. So it is probably a charge thing...Thanks

Maybe Randy will get his today too. Our tracking usually doesn't update until 9:30 or so but surely if yours has made it all that way south his is at least in the vicinity.

Awesome news, hate hearin of problems, that would mean its almost inevitable mine would break cuz I have bad luck!

I wouldn't imagine the vapemate being to good on the darwin eith with the folding arm..
Best when the attie is stationary...I've had issues at first with the vapemate floodin at first too
You just can't tell how much drops your gettin regardless of the site glass. As cool as it is I hardley touch mine
Used to use it for drivin but now don't even bother, that's what knees are for!

Surprisingly, the arm folds down completely with the vapemate on. I'm going to keep at it until either I grow proficient at using it, or get overly frustrated and give it up completely. We'll see I've really wanted a method to eliminate bottle dripping while sitting in bed reading or watching a movie. Plus I love how it looks on the Darwin.

The dial that was a little touchy to start out with is much easier to dial in single increments when its not at ~8.4, it seems. I'm loving it at ~7.8, and adjusting in 0.1 increments around there is a breeze after I got used to it. I'm still in love with how easy it is to set exactly the perfect vape, and it stays there! I really don't know how I lived with my Riva for so long.

On a totally unrelated note, the etching on the back is awesome. It's a bit roughly done, but I'm guessing that was intentional because it looks perfect that way. Completes the solid as a tank feel. Great design, Evolv. You have a fan for life.
