retird, I keeping my fingers cross for you!
First impressions
Smaller than I imagined from looking a pictures. I fits in the hand very nicely. Has a good weight to it but not too heavy that it would become a PITA. Very nicely made, there are no rough edges, everything aligns properly and from a functional POV, everything works smoothly.
It looks a lot more discrete than I thought it would. It's not a big chrome pipe.
On function, the Darwin clearly shows the weakness of my other batteries. I started way too high on the wattage. I was able to quickly dial down to just the right balance between vapor production and taste. Simple with immediate feedback on Volts, Ohms and Wattage. It's really addictive knowing the ohms for a carto or atty under load. I've tried six different cartos and attys in 20 minutes. I was able to quickly dial in the perfect wattage with each one, making a mental note of the wattage setting with each device. Once you use a variable voltage device it's like a revelation, you're no longer searching for the right atty or carto to match up with your battery. Use whatever you want with whatever juice you want and just dial it in.
So after all of this verbiage, it comes down to this. This kit is freaking awesome!
