The Darwin From Evolv!!!

That's why I passed on the MAP's this time. I have all kinds of old atty's in my "NO-GO" box that this Darwin has saved from the trash can. Even some of my oldest ones taste great on it. They actual vape better once they've been hit a few times then they do when I first put them on. Not sure how that happens. Though I'm finding that I had popped a few more of them than I remembered. I'm going run the atty's I have on hand into the ground and then order whatever it is that Drew keeps dropping hints about for a tank later.

Nah you can say that. We have posted even riskier stuff. R rated OK, X and the MODs will get you. BTW tell your friend no matter how good he smells that wedding ring did him in since it is the best form of birth control ever invented! Ok, I have a question. I am sure that somewhere in this thread someone already mentioned it. I have read the entire thing since day 1 and obviously missed it.
I finally managed to get 2 of the 510 MAP tanks ordered. I got them COV and I made sure I got the 3.0-3.2ohm full size style. Can some of you tell me where you keep your wattage set for these?
I have not been a fan of the Ce2's so far. I couldn't get past that burnt taste and super slow wicking issue. It appears with the tanks that both of those problems have been pretty much solved. I just don't want to push too many watts and get that nasty taste.
Most all of my juices are 70/30 PG/VG Mix. I don't know how much that will affect where I need to keep the watts, but it never hurts to include the extra info. Thanks in advance for the advice.

Wattage preference is a subjective thing Parma. Personally, I run my 3.2 MAP at 8.5-9w and get no burned taste at all The CE2 doesn't really get that burned taste at any wattage in a MAP though.
My wife got her Darwin yesterday. And immediately started girly-fying it by adding some shiny things on it LOL. Unfortunately we discovered a problem with her Darwin last night- the arm sometimes when you swing it to the off position, it doesn't turn off. Likewise when it is off, if the arm gets barely a nudge the screen turns on with the arm still in the off position. I have already emailed evolv about it, and I'm sure they will take care of us. Needless to say my wife is really bummed out that she will need to send it back already. But the problem doesn't render it un-usable. So for now she is happily vaping on it.
Evolv has the BEST customer service,,,,,,they let you hold on to the old one until the new one arrives.....then you ship back the broken one. Amazing.
Yup! They emailed me back first thing this morning offering to send a replacement. They truly do have the BEST customer service.
A VERY smart move! After spending tons of cash (though I still loved my Riva when I had it) I've finally found the one that I use every day, all day.
I really don't remember how I lived without variable wattage.
