I have seen picture from others but my connector is not on the arm all the way down and it is crooked, is this normal?

yea mine does both of those things, i read about it some pages back people asking about it and talking to evolve about it and apparently it helps durabilityor something. im guessing when you drop it if its real still and plugged in it could break the connector or something just a thoeryHmmm... I noticed that my ARM has slight wiggle in the up right position... Don't really like that, would prefer it to be stiff. As I have been analyzing it for the good portion of the evening, I noticed a wiggle at the mini usb connection. Anyone else have that going on?
Try opening the arm slower. It's a magnetic switch, and if you open it to quickly, it doesn't always register.

Just a thought here.....does the vendor where you purchased it show anything like a 30 day warrantee on their sales? Maybe ask them to replace it? Just thinking out loud here.....Ok, send them the information. When mine was new I also wondered about the "play" in the arm and USB connection.....but being normal it became a non-issue and does not effect the operation for me....I have comfort knowing the two year warranty is there and having used the warrantee twice, knowing that Evolv has shown to have stellar Customer Service.Hmmm... Red Dog, about anything that will plug into it will charge it, some just faster than others. They're all basically 5 volts, but the current available varies, and thus the charging time.
Technically this probably isn't considered a true PT, in that you aren't really vaping straight from the power from the USB. It is more of an in-line battery. You are vaping from the battery, while it is charging. It's still nice, to not to have to disassemble your device daily, futz around with separate chargers, etc.
yeahh, sure all will be good....send off a mail with the "real" issues:
1.) the unit has scratches and a dent on the backplane;
2.) the 510 connection is not straight and not screwed in all the way, which makes the atty crooked when in use and not bend back correctly on the unit when closed;
3.) often when turning on the unit, nothing happens, slow or fast opening a few times helps, but don't think it should be like that.
