Yes I did, but we were just going around in circles. As the item I ordered, and tried to cancel, I will use eventually, I just gave up. Luckily I tried this method like that, instead of ordering just any ole thing.
I am sorry that happened to you. But it's good you put something in the cart that you could use. When I plan on getting a gc, I will pick an item or a few items with long wait times like eta's of 7 days or more. It is usually something that I like but don't really need but always vape related. That way if the website messes up as it has been doing, I have time to put a ticket in and hopefully get a response.

Apparently FT does not like the fact that I am not a preferred customer but was still able to buy GC's from their mobile site. They have been writing me back and forth wanting to get all the info they can about how I was able to purchase them when I am not supposed to be able to. If what they are telling me is true they have a glitch between their full site and the mobile site. I hope they do not fix it. It is so much easier than the buy and return route.

It is very frustrating to try to talk reason with some of them. They have glitches all over their main site also, but they don't seem to care.
Did they say what a preferred customer is? The only time I have gotten the gc was when I cancelled orders but I think they do that just to keep the money in their house. Once they get it they don't want to let it go.

No they did not say what that is just that I am not one and therefor should not have been able to purchase a GC. I will ask them when they email me back.
People have been able to do that for years. And now they notice?

I just placed an order. The weird thing was I could not buy a GC unless I went to their mobile site. The option to purchase a GC was disabled on their full site. Just an FYI if you are trying to buy a GC to pay for your order. Now I just wait for labor day and maybe it will arrive by then. LOL

How do you get to their mobile site? If I go to FT on my cell phone, will I be at the mobile site?

    Maybe it's how long been a customer, as I can get to it normally too.
    Not really a big spender, just over $20 for most orders, highest was in $40's but that was for just one mod. I have been a customer since 2013 and placed over 40 orders (lost track), so it could be a time thing like @Nailz suggests.

    I'm considered preferred and have no idea why. It's been that way since I first discovered FT. There's ancient threads on this. No one could figure out why some were or weren't. Lottery?

    I doubt this is new news to FT. They've been asked about this for years.

    It is called a priority customer. They are so weird. now they emailed me back and told me my order was processed. LOL Well no duh. They want info and then completely forget what they wanted that info for. I am starting to be very suspicious of Allison. I think she has a split personality! ROFL!

    Or if they do get the item in, it'll be from another factory and they may do a new listing for it. But not all the time. It's kinda like legal online gambling.

    I am sorry if anyone thought I was trying to persuade anyone to no longer use FT, because that was not my intention. I just needed to vent and figured this was the place to do it. I have ordered from FT for a long time with zero problems, however, just in the past 6 weeks is when I started having all these problems. i don't know if it was just 'my turn' or if they have new management or what the cause is. All I know is that is has been very frustrating on my end.

    Been there. My first ever vape order, too.

    Never used FT again.

    But that's my choice.

    Too many people enjoy them for my little story to be significant.

    Just my luck, I guess. Shrug...
