I use a small graduated cylinder for flavors and nic. I eyeball pg/vg since I really am not picky about it being EXACTLY 50/50

Soooo. If they add a $50 "PMTA Tax" to each liter of nic they sell to cover costs of the PMTA then they would have to sell 6,000 liters to recoup their costs.

Yup. A 250 ml graduated cylinder is the only measuring device I need/use to make my unflavored, vaping strength base.

I dispense flavorings by the drop, because I use very little in the way of flavorings.

My last batch was 1000 ml. PG, VG, and nic measured on a digital kitchen scale, 1% flavoring in a 10 ml cylinder. Less cleanup. The 1000 ml bottle is in the freezer, a 5 month supply. It refills a 240 ml squeeze bottle which refills a 20 ml bottle for carrying. I use an android app called Liquix for ingredient amounts.
