Incidentally, I picked up 2 STM's. The last 2 they had in stock. Looked again this morning and they were back up to 5. Lesson is if something you want is out of stock take another look later.

True 'dat' ^ ... I bought a tank at Roadside vapes 3 nights ago, then went back to that item and it showed out of stock. When I looked at that item this afternoon, it showed back in stock.

What JC said ... she knows her stuff. I didn't even know the D22 Zenith's came in a 2ml size. I has an order with Creme de Vape and '... just threw in a couple D22's because ..." When I opened them up I had an 'ah ha' moment. Of course they're only 2ml because to the TPD in Europe and Britain.

So I ordered some more D22's from a US vendor and those came in a box with a sticker 'for SALE in USA only' and are the 3ml D22s.

Now that my wife and I have 'taken' to the Zeniths we got a bunch in all sizes and 2 dozen boxes of coils. My dilemma is not how much more nic to get (we got 10+ years in the freezer and we'll be getting more in the coming months) but how many more Zenith coils to stockpile is my dilemma.
I got two of the 4ml along with a box of the .8 coils. I sorta wanted the 1.6, but they didn't have any. No biggie. I'm sure I'll be buying coils down the line. I've been avoiding attys with drop-in coils, but I want to have something on hand in case I have problems building coils in the future.

I know there are a lot of factors to consider, but, in general, how long do you folks find the Zenith coils lasting.
Mine amaze me in how long they last and also how quickly they pick up a flavor change. The .8 and the 1.6 are my favs. They did an outstanding job making these coils

That's one of the chief reasons I gave the Zenith a try ... looking for a drop in if'n the time comes either I and/or my wife can't do the recoiling/wicking of our rebuildable attys. I was quite pleased that the Zenith comes real close to giving me a vape very close to my fav rebuildable attys.

Or you might acquire my problem of getting lazy

"Prezactly" - I rebuild for myself and my wife ... I've picked up the Zenith habit to prolong the time between rebuilds.

how long do you folks find the Zenith coils lasting.

We put 4 D22's in the rotation about 7/11 and another 3 of the full size around 8/14. They are used quite a bit but not exclusively. Janet's replaced 2 coils on one of the original D22s. And she only had to replace 2 because the 1st replacement was a dud. Even after priming and waiting ... it just tasked yucky. So really 1 replacement so far.

I seem to have the same problem

I'm thinking we should at least double what we have on hand, up the 2 dozen to 4 dozen boxes. That should be about a 5 year supply at 4 coils per month or 10 years at 2 coils/month if we don't switch to them exclusively. Dang I hate what's coming down .. I hate this stocking up for the future.

Every time you guys start talking about the end and how much, I get anxious and buy more stuff. I don't think I need any more but now I am wondering if I should get more zenith coils cause I hate building coils. I think I have 3 boxes still. Plus I have the ego ones and they last forever with just rewicking.

And those are the only pop-ins DPL and I stocked. We love the damm little Eggies, so stock we did. A bit of fresh wick after a slight dry burn, and boom (bad vape word!) we're good to go.

4 pages of you guys posting the "I got....... thus and such!". We got nothing, but then again, we've been stocking since Spring of 2014. <blush>

I just did a guess on how many per month and some simple math. 2 dozen boxes is 120 coils. At 2 per month that's 120/2 = 60 months or 5 years. I'm 73 ... am I still going to be vaping at 78-80 years old, if yes will I be vaping as much, am I still going to be here at that age. Who the "H" knows.

Most likely we'll pick up at least another dozen boxes if not 2 on the premise better safe than sorry. But that may have to wait for the Thanksgiving and Christmas sales. The vape budget is about taped out in the last month. Bought 4 high end Dicodes mods from Germany that we totally went overboard on, but we liked 'em a lot.

It looks to me that you figured it out, for you and Janet, based on your post above. Want me to PM you if/when I find more of the 1.6 ones in a good sale? :D

I know there are a lot of factors to consider, but, in general, how long do you folks find the Zenith coils lasting.

I use the 1.6ohm ones exclusively and can run about 90mL through 1 before I decide it's time to give it a hot water bath. After that I get about another 20mL through it before it's lived out its usefulness, at least for me. Those approx. 110mL aren't highly flavored or particularly sweet eliquids though, and I'm only vaping at 6-7W at the most.

I wonder if anyone has tried rebuilding them.

I've tried a few times to get an old one apart, and never could. Have used different tools to help with it, swore at the darn thing the whole time, but still...no luck at all. ;)
