I just did a guess on how many per month and some simple math. 2 dozen boxes is 120 coils. At 2 per month that's 120/2 = 60 months or 5 years. I'm 73 ... am I still going to be vaping at 78-80 years old, if yes will I be vaping as much, am I still going to be here at that age. Who the "H" knows.

Most likely we'll pick up at least another dozen boxes if not 2 on the premise better safe than sorry. But that may have to wait for the Thanksgiving and Christmas sales. The vape budget is about taped out in the last month. Bought 4 high end Dicodes mods from Germany that we totally went overboard on, but we liked 'em a lot.
I don’t have any expensive mods but I don’t miss having any either.I like what I have and i’m quite sure they will outlast me. We are very close in age. I am 71. I’m not sure how many zenith coils I have but I think I’ll be.counting them very soon

It looks to me that you figured it out, for you and Janet, based on your post above. Want me to PM you if/when I find more of the 1.6 ones in a good sale? :D

Would be appreciated for sure! Thanks for the offer.

Every time you guys start talking about the end and how much, I get anxious and buy more stuff. I don't think I need any more but now I am wondering if I should get more zenith coils cause I hate building coils. I think I have 3 boxes still. Plus I have the ego ones and they last forever with just rewicking.
The CLR coils for the ego ones are my ace in the hole. Not only do they last a long time with just re-wicking, they're the easiest thing to build that I've seen.

The kangar mini sub tanks are easy too. Rba’s or coils

We've got a number of Chinese mods in daily use. There are good ones for sure. I'm not snobbish about what I vape. But I do tend to overspend at times. I just use the common justification of what I was spending on 3+ PPD on cigs ... that and we haven't bought any mods for the last couple-few years, so splurge we did.

Nothing wrong with that at all.

I feel lucky adapting to building 5 years ago. I'm also lucky to have settled on my all time favorite atomizer, SV rda clone, which I was able to buy in sufficient quantity for $7.50 each. Sadly they have been discontinued everywhere as far as I can tell. People who don't like too rebuild should at least have a few rebuildables in the box just in case. I prefer TC but am getting a few protected tube mods with spare boards ($5 each) to back up the backups.

I'm also keeping in mind that the latest lawsuit, by vape businesses, could delay the May deadline and may be the FDA doesn't have the authority to restrict vape products intended for use with T_C or C_D. I'm stocking anyway but hope springs eternal.

I walk between two and three miles per day and often wind up having to carry my mod in my hand because most are heavy enough to give my elastic waistbanded athltetic shorts a case of the droopy drawers. Nobody wants that.
Actually some people do want that:

    Somewhere out there
I remember way back when rebuildable atty's were popping up and I thought eek, I have no interest in rebuilding these coils & wicking, give me drop in coils! LOL But now my hat is off to all the innovators way back telling us, if you can rebuild you can vape forever cheaply. I am so thankful we have rebuildables. Thank you!!!

My Zenith coils last forever but to be fair I vape them at absolutely puny wattages and like, well I have things in rotation a LOT.

I did once get a 1.6 nautilus coil to vape was it, yesh, about 80 ml of a very light flavor once. I mean, it wasn't gunky. But, I felt kind of proud. I might've gone on to another flavor but I sort of decided to retire the coil in perpetuity, etc.

For information just this month I started to replace after five years all my Nic, PG and VG. Still have PG and VG that am using. Everything that was in the fridge showed no degrading only the gallon of VG that I never put in bottles and left outside of fridge, showed any signs of degrading wasn't as thick as it once was.

VG is hygroscopic, meaning it will pull water water from the air, and even a very small amount of water will have a big effect on its viscosity. Was this bottle opened repeatedly? If not, is it possible the seal on the cap wasn't any good?

I keep my VG and PG in liter sized glass bottles at room temperature. I haven't noticed any problems with it, but none of it is quite 5 years old either.

This time it all goes in the fridge or freezer. My suggestion to everyone repack all Nic, PG and VG in 500 ml and smaller glass bottles. Don't forget fill them up to the top, very important not to let any air in.
Be careful with leaving no head space at all. PG and VG both expand and contract some with temperature changes. If you bottle them at room temperature and put them in your fridge or freezer, the liquids will shrink and produce a head space that's vacuum. Now the maximum pressure differential from shrinkage due to cold is ambient air pressure, about 14.7 psi, and a 500 ml glass bottle should be able to withstand that. But if the temperature rises above what it was when you bottled the stuff, for example due to a prolonged power outage in the heat of the summer, the pressure in bottles with no head space can rise to levels that could potentially break the bottles.

I like to fill mine to the bottom of the neck, leaving a few ml of head space. This dramatically reduces the pressure changes due to expansion and contraction of the liquid inside. If you're really worried about that little bit of air being a problem (I'm not), get yourself a can of some wine preservative gas to purge the air from the bottles.

    No you can't

It was more of an experiment, took a full gallon out of freezer PG and liter of nicotine about 10 months ago being they were coming up on the four year mark and replacement were in order. All three bottles were open about once a month kept in dark cool cabinet. Still have a gallon of VG in freezer and couple repacked bottles 500 ml of PG.

Being this stuff is very reasonable wasn't worried about it going bad. I'll be replaced the rest of the VG and PG.
