That article Eskie posted a link to, has this in it:
"The Food and Drug Administration is already finalizing its guidance to remove all non-tobacco flavors of e-cigarettes, including mint and menthol, from the market within 30 days. Companies might be able to reintroduce their flavors at a later date, so long as they submit a formal application and receive approval from the FDA."
Huh? Aren't authors of these articles required to do any fact checking any more?
Facts just get in the way. Although that statement isn't totally inaccurate. If a firm submitted a PMTA for a product with flavor and it was approved by the FDA they could then reenter the market with it. Granted the chances of that approval with flavorings is roughly zero. But it's still possible, right?
