My reading time here is somewhat limited, so I don't know if it's been discussed recently, but I've been here...awhile, and I remember there were/are folks doing tobacco extractions.
Is anyone doing that anymore?
I had commented earlier that cigars will most likely always be safe, that kind of reminded me of the tobacco extracting threads in DIY.
Not bringing it up to get deep into that type of conversation here, that's more for the DIY section, but wanted to mention it because I've seen a few people post that they haven't been able to stock up.
Not a flavor I'd want, but I think if I had to, I could make it work.
Just trying to help think of options.

The product description for it has the following assurances which are absent from the 100mg product descriptions. So I felt pretty confident in placing the order.
All bottles are nitrogen packed
All bottles are foil sealed
All blends are made to order fresh
Nicotine is stored at -10 degrees
I would contact the vendor to see what they say. I also wonder if pg/vg matters in the color of the nic. I also wonder if the higher concentration of 250 mg/ml would matter in the color. Or different batches. Wizard Labs says their nic could have a slight yellow color. Does it have a bad smell? It doesn’t look like yours was made fresh to order. It could have oxidized during transit as well. I would email or call the vendor.
Are we allowed to talk about nic above 100mg/ml now? I was gone for some time so I really don't know.
It doesn’t help either that they are using some kind of slow boat fedex shipping for free shipping orders. Mine shipped on Wednesday and isn’t scheduled until Tuesday. I ordered from heartland with free shipping and had it in two days.

Should be here Monday. I use salts so don't worry about a little color as they are seldom as clear as freebase. Especially during the warmer times of year.
Honestly the 5 month old date wouldn't bother me, it's been in a freezer so it's doubtful that there is much if any deterioration.

Yeah I just got a few containers of 100mg/ml nic from a NZ supplier. I noticed one of them was straw coloured when I decanted. I spose quality control gets patchy when customers go into panic buying mode and the retailers get more orders than usual.
Batch made 03182019. So yeah, that's been sitting for months! I'd be calling customer service. Appears they may be getting rid of old stock.
If all the above is true then my vote is the higher mg must just naturally have some yellowing but disappears when diluting it down to lower levels. As long as the smell is faint that too disappears with dilution.
Not to split hairs, but it is 7 months old.. either way, I do not have any experience with 250mg, but I wouldn't expect 100mg to start to tint until about a year after non-refrigerated/freezer storage.

It's certainly fine to mix and vape but I'd move it to the front of the stockpile to be used earlier rather than later. Just like NR should have done with their inventory.
