Today's recipe is a cheat, but it's really good.

Oreo Cookie

FW Oreo Cookie - 8%
Sweet Cream - 5%
Double Chocolate - 4%
Vanilla Swirl - 4%
Bittersweet Chocolate - 3%
Bavarian Cream - 3%
Sweetener - 3%

I haven't tried to make with just TFA flavors, but I will get to it for you. The problem, though, with TFA is that don't have a cookie, not to mention an oreo cookie flavoring. While the Oreo is a type of chocolate cookie, chocolate doesn't necessarily translate to cookie, so I was stuck. Flavor West makes Oreo Cookie. Flavor Shack makes a cookie flavor that might work too. Anyway, I tried with the double chocolate and bittersweet chocolate to stay in the neighborhood, and then the rest is just sweet vanilla cream. Really a sweet concoction, this one, so flavor and sweeten to taste. Good luck!

I like the ramping up of the sweet cream and vanilla swirl... mine from last night is still good but almost too much chocolate cookie... I did add a few drops of vanilla cupcake just to try and see if I could bring the choc and the peppermints down a notch... it helps and we're getting closer. I let someone who doesn't vape smell and they loved the smell and said it reminded them of the Andes chocolate mint candy that come in the green foil.

Bill, can you tell if the FW Oreo Cookie flavor has any kind of peppermint flavor within in???

I would say yes, because I'm "looking" for it. I wouldn't have guessed it. 1% is way too high, though, now that I've made a batch. Maybe .25% would be more like it. But I haven't tested yet, just a guess.

Ramping up is a good idea. Mine is fine for me, but I don't mind sickly sweet vanilla creams.

I can see where many, perhaps most, would find this too strong. However, the choco part is quite strong and a lot is needed to get through. Almost perfect oreo cookie on the inhale, clearly sweet vanillas and creams on the exhale, and I can taste different vanillas and creams too. I think it's wonderful. This is unsteeped, so maybe it goes to far, or settles down, don't know. I firmly believe that if the juice is not great UPON MIXING, it will never be great, good maybe. Too many times I waited for steeping to bail me out, taking days/weeks to produce a new flavor, only to be disappointed. I don't do that anymore. If it's not really good at mix, I pour it out and adjust to another flavor. In this way, I can generally complete a new mix in 30 minutes or less depending on how many iterations there are. Usually, it takes 8 or less iterations for me to make a new juice, no matter how complex, including Mike's Orange Blast. We were pretty much there on the third or fourth iteration, and there were two "final" adjustments, or a total of 6 beakers, I recall, of 100 drop tests. Anyway, my two cents.....Good luck!

So happy for you Mike. I know you vape this by the gallon, so we need to get this as close as we can, or better than what you "PAID FOR," for so long! 8-o

That's just not right for DIY'ers to PAY for good juice. Uniquely, we can develop the skills to identify the flavorings, develop the percentages, improve on the juice, and then enjoy our $.50 bottles of great juice (or less). That's just DIY code! I know you will be able to tweek what we did and make a better juice than we started with, i.e., "their" juice. :matrix:

I was so happy to hear that missus Mike was able to confirm the "strange" flavoring as the M-Type tobacco. Helps when you copy to identify the tricky flavorings. Lucky us!!! :D Folks, this was a true collaboration, even though we had slightly different flavorings to work with while we were in the Matrix.

As soon as your sweet orange comes in, and you've had a chance to tweek this to Nirvana levels, please share the final conquest with us! I know that you will do this, and learned a lot from you doing this together. Very inspirational! Thank you! Let's do it again sometime! :rickroll: :pop: :pop: :pop: :pop:

I don't have one, but it wouldn't be hard to make one. Do you have any thoughts about flavorings?
I'm suspecting that (besides menthol) spearmint or wintergreen would be a component as well Koolada could be used I guess. But frankly, I'm not sure it'd be needed.

My reason for asking for a recipe is I've never worked with menthol or the mint family. Though I know from making candy that they are very strong. Frankly, 1% sounds like a bit much... But I'm wholly unsure... [emoji22]

Maybe Mint Candy and koolada with a little sweet cream and sweetener to round out the notes, something like this:

Ren's Minthol

MInt Candy - 12% (or the other mints, i.e., peppermint (5%), wintergreen (?%), spearmint (3%), etc.)
Koolada - 1-2% (flavor to taste)
Sweet Cream or Bavarian Cream - 3-4%
Sweetener - 2-3%%

As secondary flavorings, these mints would be at much lower ratios. However, these are primary flavors in this mix and can go higher.

I think something along these lines might get you to where you want to go. Best! :toast: :pop::pop::pop::pop:

I will definitely share! Seems like that's all your asking for in return for the mountain of information you've given us.

Freely giving us example recipes and more importantly the tools to CREATE (not just clone) an all day vape speaks volumes. Thanks Bill!

Figure out how to use it? PM MacTechVapor, tell him I sent you, and ask for his guidance. He loves sharing his micro coil secrets, and he is a master, a nice guy, and a giver. He can help you faster than anyone. Mac's thread is here:

Also, YouTube videos are great. Check out SuperX (sxmxdrifter on YouTube):

Super is an ECF member, blogs every day, and created the micro coil, with the help of several others. His thread is here:

I have opened a wholesale account with TPA and will start filling my cart today. Do you folks recommend regular or sweet raspberry for balancing out off fruit flavors?

Sweet is always more flexible. The Ripe and Wild flavors don't work in all recipes, imho.....:toast:

Yeah, PIF'ing our experiences and sharing with others may just end up savings someone's life. Dang it was hard for me to quit. 18 legitimate, all-in efforts before I could do it with vaping. Some strong juice and good gear, on my third attempt since 2009 is how I was finally able to do it. If we can save others the terrible setbacks, and give them the "tools" you describe, then we've been good Samaritans, don't you think? Best to you always Mike!

Added to cart. Thanks Bill! I can relate to not being able to quit smoking. I still smoke some. I just haven't found the right combination (especially liquid I can afford to vape 6 mls a day of) that totally replaces smoking. The best so far is a blackberry walnut virginia mix that cyberwolf gave me a recipe for. What you folks are doing to help people is awesome!
