just thought id share something i made today that i personally think its really good

Watermelon Bubblegum
10%Bubblegum 15%watermelon 1.5%sweetener

Happy vaping :D

using the 20 drops = 1 ml. i figured that 1% sweetener is = to 1 drop for every 5ml of sweetener (for those of you who like to measure everything exact lol)

I got my first order from Wizard Labs today. I've been prepping a bunch tonight filling in worksheets that I made and printing labels for the bottles with a serial numbering system I've put into place. I've used this thread as a reference and set some flavor targets for the TFA flavors that I have. I'm making four batches of PG/VG/Nic so I can put in 5%, 10%, 15%, and 20% flavorings to reach 9mg. I'm planning to make 16 3ml bottles of juice.

Initially, I want to find the right mix for each individual flavor. Later I want to try combinations and tweaks (to sweeten stuff, or smooth stuff, etc.). Thanks for sharing your experiences and wish me luck on my first attempt at DIY liquid tonight.

Just tried TPA Raspberry and need some help started at 12% then 15% then 18% and could not get good clean raspberry taste, tasted floral and soapy, I mix at 50/50 pg/vg. Any suggestions?

I had the same experience with the TFA black cherry. I would go the other direction, try %5 or maybe even lower. I had to blend the black cherry with vanilla and added some Ethyl Maltol to tame the black cherry, still not perfect, but much better I went with

%5 TFA Black Cherry
%5 FA Vanilla ( I know, not TFA, but it was all i had)
3 drops / 10 mil EM
%10 PGA
50/50 20Mg Nic

you could probably skip the %10 PGA, but i like putting it in to thin the juice to aid in wicking. I think it also helps in reducing steep times, but you do get a more noticable TH with it in.

soap is a sign of too much flavor, I use raspberry at between 2-6%

I kinda figured small batch, single flavors wouldn't need much time, I wasn't thinking that quick, but DIY is completely new to me. It's been over 24 hours now so maybe i'll give a few the ole' taste test.

I mix in 10ml and nuke it for 5sec shake, nuke 5sec shake, then drop into a cup of water till cool and vap away. I have let bottles sit for a week or so and compared to the nuked bottles and both taste the same.

Agree. I haven't found 1 TFA flavor that needs over 10%. I mix most at 5%.

I seen a few post were people bought bubblegum. If you want a good bubblegum try the Lorans it's good stuff.

Sorry I ruffled your feathers. Go ahead and add that 1 gram (16 tablespoons, according to your calculations) of sucralose crystals into your 10mL of PG/VG and report back with results.

P.S. You may want to use a 30mL bottle to get all 16 tablespoons of sucralose to fit.

OOps that won't work lol.... 1 tablespoon equals 15 ml... you'll want to recommend a slightly larger bottle :)
