I was putting together an order on the BCV site today and couldn't find TFA menthol listed anywhere. Anyone else notice this?
There are a few tfa flavors they don't carry, not sure why though.Every time i go to their site,i look to see if the ever started selling Tfa butter yet,but it's never there.

The Capella and Tfa custards are completely different tasting from each other, but i have substituted one for the other, and sometimes it came out ok,it's worth trying a small batch to see.

Go for it. There are differences in the same flavors between the brands, but you should still get a good juice. You might have to adjust percentages, but I don't know how they compare.

What does Cnnamon Churro taste like? Bakery cinnamon and sweet?
I'm guessing it's some type of fried dough type taste with cinnamon. The recipe i want to try that uses it is a cinnamon funnel cake,so i would guess it has that dough type taste.

Edit-I had to find out for sure,so i googled it haha.A churro is fried dough, and it says it tastes similar to a funnel cake. Now i really want to make that recipe i found haha.

I like using fw churro because I like fw' s lighter cinnamon, not a bold bakery cinnamon but a lighter cinnamon-sugar and dough flavor in churro...I got it to play around with in my Apple pie recipes. Other cinnamons (cap cin Danish swirl- which I do use v2 still-and fa cin Ceylon-which I traded)have been stronger, this one I find lighter and hence more enjoyable for me in certain blends, ymmv though.

My HS used to sell churros at lunch, they were delicious!

Also about bcv not carrying certain flavors, if you e-mail drew, he is usually cool about suggestions...when I buy next I plan on suggesting another brand's BlackBerry...I can add others if you guys want me to...I did ask for sweet cream tfa when I started mixing, I guess if there is a demand, he might give consideration...I mean he does have tomato juice and a bell pepper!

Yep,that's the one.I've never tried the real one,but hopefully the clone recipe comes out good,i love funnel cakes haha.
I've been eyeballing the recipe myself. My wife asked me for a funnel cake flavor weeks back and a friend of mine got the real juice and said its amaze-balls.

Yeah,i've been searching for a funnel cake recipe for probably a year now.Way back in this thread,i mentioned it around thanks giving time last year along with pumpkin roll,so yeah,i've been searching a long time haha.I never knew #32 was a funnel cake flavor until i found the clone a few days ago, then did some searching, andi haven't seen a bad review of that juice yet,if it wasn't so expensive i would buy a bottle of the real one to try,but i'm not paying $12 for 15ml haha.

That's about what juice costs in my local B&M. I've even got a punch card from back when I was buying juice, only need 2 more punches to get a free one... *sigh* I got started on DIY and that was pretty much all she wrote for buying ejuice. If they'd ever stock anything that was 85% PG, I might go on and get those last 2 punches, but I don't see that happening. *sigh*
