I'm assuming you're supposed to use real Champagne, and not the TFA flavor, correct? I've heard it adds the "fizz" effect to the juice.
Nope, the TFA flavoring will do the trick. Real champagne may have undesirables in it.

Just went to my "Settings" and found I was subscribed to that Review forum but I've never gotten any notifications of new posts. So if you've subscribed to a "Forum" you might need to access them from your "settings" page from time to time and manually check for new posts! I'm confused!!
That would depend on your reaction to PG. I find PG gives me a dry mouth and lips so I use a 50/50 mix.
Gee if you have an iPhone or an Android device just use Tapatalk. Neat little app that makes using forums so much easier. It's the only way I participate on forums these days!

Yes, or you can get email notification.
They do not show up on the notifications at the top of the page.
Go to settings, view all subscribed threads, and on the right there is a column for notification.
Check the box for that thread and at the bottom right is a pull down box to select through control panel only or different email options.

I think you've missed my point. I receive notifications from threads but not subscribed Forums. Looking at the General Settings page you will note that the only email notifications are for threads, visitors and private messages. So, if you or at least me, have subscribed to a "Forum" you probably are not receiving notifications of new or updated threads within that forum only threads you have posted in or subscribed to.
I use coconut extra and it takes over very fast. I usually start with 1% and if I need more flavor add it from there.
Its pretty good..very good in fact. I have used it anywhere from 3% to 10 % in chocolat candy bar concoctions. The wife loves coconut.
Anyone have experience with the TPA Apple Concentrate? I made a sample at 10% and it smells delicious but can't taste a thing. I made a bunch of samples on the same day and most are great at 10% some can do with less others are great at 10. I don't want to make it too strong but I'm afraid this one needs 20% to be able to taste it.
I tried TFA Apple, Apple Candy and Green Apple. They're all lacking as stand alones.
I was after a caramel apple and what I found worked the best was to blend the 3 apples. But still being limited to my 10% PG total leaves them not so good.
I think they might make a better fruity blender than an apple focused flavor.
Just starting out DIY...don't remember seeing anything in this thread about the peppermint. I was wanting to make a cream mint and was wondering what would be a good combo.
For me it seems base ratio dependent. When I first got this I was mixing it at 12% in an 80/20 PG/VG base and it was great. Then I switched my mixes to 50/50 PG/VG and it lost some of it's appeal. A couple of other flavors attracted my attention and I've not been back to the Apple to try and fix it yet.

The last percentage chart I have says 5-15% as a single flavor. I use another brand at 5% and mix it with coconut sometimes. Also with mocha and occasionally I have mixed it with cinnamon. I don't have any chocolate flavoring or I would definitely try it with chocolate.
