Im still waiting on money so I can start my DIY. So excited and read a lot on this huge post. and learned a lot. Thanks everyone so now I am subscribed!?
I have a blog on starting flavorings. Even if you are going to make tobaccos, you still need the basic foundational flavors. Good luck!![]()
That is a big bonus of DIY,,, you take a perfect recipe and tweak it so that it's perfect for you. I am still a few hundred pages back but catching up slowly lol. I got my cream and vanilla, played a little and mixed up some strawberry. My wife has always loved mine over retail and that was just strawberry and sweetener, now she says it's the best ever.... Thanks Bill...Just goes to show how taste is so subjective. For me, the almond joy recipe is spot on, though not a frequent vape. I prefer the butterfinger and oreo cookie recipes the best of the chocolate bar/cookie choices, also the peanut butter cup (though not all TFA).
Recommend just dialing back the coconut to taste and your flavor preferences. In fact, I recommend that all recipes be adjusted to match your taste sensibilities. Seems like I have not found a single recipe from others that I didn't have to adjust to match my preferences. Just the way of DIY, I suppose. Good luck to you!![]()

MFS nic liquid, how does it compare to wizard labs
By the way, MyFreedomSmokes has another $40 sale on nicotine:
https://www.myfreedomsmokes.com/nic..._content=Subscriber#4055&utm_campaign=1-20-15
$40 per liter for 100 mg/ml nicotine. This is what I buy in VG, perfect for 100DT (one drop equals 1%). Highly recommended.![]()
Its not from the UK, I believe he's in Virginia. Can't find the business card that came with the order to be sure haha.. The nic comes from the UK but VT is here. I think it took only 2-3 days to get it in California, I actually got the nic before my WL order of flavoring got here, both ordered the same day.
Are you close to WL? When I priced my liquids the minute I added nic/pg/VG to my cart the shipping shot up to like $25! I only ordered my flavors there, since that actually gave me cheaper shipping options. With the nic I could only pick the one rate..
Wow,your on a roll posting recipes that wont cost me money because i have all the flavors haha. That one sounds good, one of these days i'll get a chance to mix some stuff and i'll add this one to the list
Bill's chocolate cream pie is next up in the mixing queue for me too! There's just too many good ones to try and not enough time.Heh, I know how you feel -- I was just poring over Bill's blog pages for good recipes, and just realized that since I got the Whipped Cream today, I now have all the ingredients for Chocolate Cream Pie! HOT DAWG!And I have all the ingredients (or another mfr's variant anyway) for the Dutch Apple Pie a la Mode. Double HOT DAWG!!!
The rest of the week should be quite entertaining.

Fruit circles tastes like pine sol if not mixed right. Wouldnt suggest going over 8%. Have a base recipie that hasn't been tweaked yet. Haven't had a chance to set up my mix station in a while. If anyone has any recommendations for Fruit Circles and Berry Crunch from TFA..percentages, recipes, opinions.. that would be really awesome!
I have one...for berry crunch
10-12% berry crunch
5% malted milk
3% strawberry
1% sweetener
Adjust as needed for your taste, I prefer the malted milk as my dairy flavor some don't like, but could probably use sweet cream instead as a sub maybe
I only use 1% sweetener, I don't feel it over powers my fruits personally, it accents/enhances. If I'm doing a fruit, that flavor is the highest %, accented by some creams/vanilla, then 1% sweetener, if doing a multiple fruit mix, I have my primary fruit at highest, secondary/tertiary at lower %'s, creams/vanilla, sweetener....I tend to use bavarian cream, malted milk, vanilla swirl, and vanilla bean gelato, the creams/vanillas seem to add depth, the sweetener lifts up the fruit flavor notes..could just be me though, Both work together to balance and add harmony to fruit(s) themselves...guess if using some support flavors at too high a % in a mix, it could be too much because the recipe would become off-balance, and finding that correct balance of ratios for your individual tastes takes time and adjustments(trial and error/successes)
Great! Sounds awesome, I was also thinking it would be interesting to try and mix the berry crunch with the fruit circles...I'll have to experiment with this in the next couple days!
