If your Peaches & Cream is any indication of your recipe PLEASE post them! :D As i just mix that one and ATM it's Great!:toast:

Awwww!! Thanks, Dave!! It's definitely an ADV for me... Sadly, I ran out of flavorings for it and haven't had it in about 2 months, so I rectified that on Monday with 16oz bottles. Hopefully it'll be waiting for me when I get home and I can mix up a batch, myself!
I did just mix up a quick and easy VC that is decent, may need to tweak it a bit still
Vanilla Custard
Vanilla Custard - 15%
French Vanilla - 6%
Egg Nog - 3%
Cotton Candy 2%
Sweetener - 4%

Also have an Apple Pie that needs a little something... but I think I really need to get the ingredients to mix up some of Bill's Apple Pie...
Apple Pie
Apple Pie - 13%
Pie Crust - 4%
Vanilla Cupcake - 5%
Cotton Candy - 4%
Sweetener - 4%

Feel free to play with them and adjust to your liking... and I'm always open for any criticism or suggestions on making a better juice! Only way to get better is to keep trying and listen to the thoughts and ideas of others...

I like the Juicy Peach that TFA produces, and use it in a Peach Danish and Peach Cobbler recipe, both blogged. Peach is one of my favorite fruit flavorings from TFA, along with lemon and strawberry (sweet) and grape and apple. Jo's ADV is the Peach Cobbler that has gone through three iterations since we started vaping full time. It's pretty good stuff too. Thanks for sharing! :toast: :D

The Juicy Peach is my absolute favorite so far. Haven't tried the others that you mentioned yet. I should get some lemon, because I'm desperately wanting to create a lemonade juice... I've got some thoughts, but I need to see how they'll play out... I do have the TFA Pear... just haven't come up with anything that I like with it yet... definitely need more experimentation with that one...

Thanks for posting the Peaches & Cream recipe. I just made up a 30ml batch of it.

I've been working on a Strawberry Cheesecake recipe all day and I'm getting nowhere with it. I've got one or two 100 drop samples that were ok, but not great by any means. It's frustrating because I have a Strawberry Cheesecake juice I just love from quitthatgrit.com and I can't nail down how they get it so creamy. I've tried marshmallow, sweet cream, vanilla bean ice cream, cotton candy, and vanilla custard (not all at once). But, still no luck getting that lovely consistency I'm looking for. I've also used ripe strawberry as well as strawberry and cream flavors. I've even used some Cap flavors (vanilla custard and ny cheesecake) and still no luck nailing it down.

I will persevere! It will make it all that more gratifying when I get it figured out. But, I'm not sure I can do it with only TFA flavors.

Hmmmmm... I might suggest adding 'Smooth' to your cheesecake recipe... it isn't exactly creamy, but it rounds out the flavor and gives a more satisfying mouthfeel... also, if you haven't yet, maybe add a small percentage of butter... hope that helps somewhat. :)

Kaezziel --Gotta do your peaches and cream. have everthing except Vanilla Bean. What might sub for it? have several creams.Prefernces on pg,vg, nic?

by the by, Bill is right AGAIN on TfA fudge brownie being good by itself (first try at 6%, 70pg, 30vg, 1.2 Nude Nic).

There are quite a few things that you could sub for the VB Ice Cream... VB Gelato, Bavarian Cream, reduce the percentage by 1 or 2 and use any of the Vanillas (French Vanilla for instance)... I added it more for the vanilla than for the cream bit... if you use french vanilla, try using 3% vanilla and bump sweet cream up to 10%... the VB Ice Cream is more of an enhancing flavor, so you can play with it quite a bit...

ETA: Sorry, forgot to add answers to your other questions.
I usually mix my juices with 30% total flavoring, 10% Nic in VG, plus 60% VG for the main diluent... that gives me roughly a 70%VG juice which works well in my drippers, and even works in most of my tanks. Of course my tanks are rebuildables, and I only use rayon for wicks...

Lemonade is a tough one. The sour bite that is lemonade is not possible with TFA flavorings alone. However, FW and LorAnn, among others, have the flavoring, often tank eaters, though. Good luck! :toast: :D

Hmmmm... I'll definitely have to look into it and play with it. Not too worried about tank eaters as I drip more often than not anyway... I tried one of Cosmic's juices that was a pretty good lemonade, but I just can't bring myself to pay that much for juice anymore... you've ruined me, man!! :D Is it bad that I'm grateful for having been ruined, though?

Thanks for the suggestion. I'll have time this weekend to work on it some more. I'm keeping careful notes so I know what I've tried at this point. I have both smooth and butter in my arsenal, so I'll try them (first separately, then together).

I have another Capellas order on the way. I hear their strawberries are easier to work with.

As a professional scientist,I find all this measuring and note taking to be reminiscent of when I used to work a LOT in the chem lab at the university. I knew all that training would come in handy some day! ;)

Let me know how it works out. I haven't had the guts to try a cheesecake yet. And I seriously need to pick up a wider variety of flavors so that I can experiment a bit more...
*laughs* Started training for vaping before vaping ever existed, huh? I know what you mean though... I get this 'Mad Scientist' vibe and flash back to childhood when the chemistry sets actually had fun stuff in them... I think the new ones just have baking soda and vinegar... we bubble wrap our kids way too much these days!

I think cheesecake, flavored, or otherwise, may be beyond TFA flavorings alone. I've never seen a great TFA cheesecake, but I remain hopeful. The rich, thick, flavoring that I love, has eluded me thus far with TFA alone. Good luck! :toast: :D

No way I'm gonna pay retail for something I can make at 5% of the cost! Good luck! :toast: :D

I think you are right, that's why I have more Capella flavors on the say. I'll probably end up using the Cap Sweet Strawberry and Cap Strawberry & Cream. But, I'm not done tinkering yet. I'll let you know how smooth and butter help (or not).

Amen to that! My local B&M runs anywhere from $10.99 to $30, FOR 15 FRIGGEN ML!!! Finally jumping in here in November was the best vaping move I've made next to quitting smoking!
