Yes, and I used Bill's recipes as examples of his advice about the "complementary" flavors balancing the main flavor; that recipe of mine is 16% strawberry flavoring (I use Inawera's shisha strawberry), and another 16% of various creams and sweetener. And actually when I make it, I also use some Flash additive, to really punch up the TH (also the vaperstek Throat Hit Nicotine, and high-PG). It's also a very sweet recipe, so if you prefer juice to not be terribly sweet, you might want to leave off the sweetener; the shisha strawberry and the vanilla swirl are pretty sweet, and I think the Dx Bavarian and Capella's Sweet Cream also add some subtle sweetness.
Haven't tried any citric acid in it yet, but considering I've now used almost 100ml of it this month and the month is only half over, I can see that I need to be mixing in quantities larger than 60ml; clearly I need to get some citric acid, because towards the end of the first 60ml I mixed for March, I did notice that the flavor didn't seem quite as strong.

ETA: Just for convenience, here's the basic recipe:
Inawera Shisha Strawberry 16.0%
TFA DX Bavarian Cream 6.0% (6%-6.2% -- I vary it slightly sometimes)
TFA Vanilla Swirl 4.5% (4%-4.5% -- another one I may vary slightly at times)
CAP Sweet Cream 2.5% (2%-2.5%)
TFA Sweetener 3.0% (2%-4%, but the 4% is REALLY sweet -- it gets a bit much after a while).
The varying is another thing I really like about DIY, because it's true that a flavor that's always the same, your tastebuds kinda go "numb" to it after a while; if you change it up just ever so slightly, it gives your tastebuds something interesting to do -- figure out how it tastes different than the last batch!
It's entirely possible that this recipe might be as Bill described his first iteration of his Cinnamon Danish; possibly it would be equally good with half the flavoring! But I love it the way it is, so I don't wanna "fix it" if it ain't "broke."
