Will Citric acid make it a tank cracker?
I don't use plastic tanks, so not sure. Did a quick search and do see that citrus flavors are listed as tank crackers in another thread here. Not sure if this small amount would qualify though so try at your own risk:)

No, it's not enough for that -- you make the citric acid at 10% -- scant quarter-tsp in 10ml PG -- then add it to the recipe at 1% -- so you';re really only getting .1%.

Hows TFA's Custard? Thought I ordered more Cap but guess not, tried some googlefoo and not much for reviews on it. Everything comes up as Cap's custard w/<insert TFA other flavoring here> etc. Should be here Monday. Ordered 120ml's of it, kinda worrying.

My ADV has been
11% Cap v2 Custard
5% TFA Sweet raspberry
1% TFA Marshmallow
2% TFA Bavarian Cream
1% TFA Sweet Cream

It's definitely not the same as Capella's,but it's still pretty good.

It came this afternoon just made a test batch with same recipe, and I think I like it better to be honest. Hasn't had time to steep but seems more of a lighter, sweeter, possibly slightly creamier, more vanilla. Where cap seems to be a more richer, buttery, thicker custard. That's my personal taste/thoughts of it anyways.

Hmm - I really like the cap and use it in a lot of recipes, but given your description, I will now have to get the TFA to try for recipes that need a sweet creamy vanilla but not custardy taste. Thanks for posting (and please let us know if it changes with steeping)

OK, the chicken wings came off this morning. Nothing extravagant, but Mixed 30ml with a 10ml syringe. Taped the numbers first, as suggested here. Easier than I would have imagined. Just curious - how do you clean your syringe / needles ? These plastic ones I bought from Wizard Labs have 'Single Use Only' marked on them, but I am a cheapskate. Using Jelly Glasses half filled with 91% Iso and Hot Water, I rinsed the Syringe /needles three times in Iso and three times in hot water. I believe that'll work...
How do you clean yours ?

I remove the plungers, swish both pieces around in some soapy water (easy on the soap), rinse thoroughly, set out to air dry.

The "single use" warning is for medical uses. Eventually they'll wear out and you'll need to replace though. Some flavors are harder on the rubber part of the plunger - dip it in PG first to protect it, and it makes it slide better too, which makes precise measuring easier.

I am almost out of all of the Vendor e-liquids I've had on hand, so I might be around a little more often. So far only three flavors I really enjoy, but I am mixing up a bunch of sweets/ bakery 100 drop samples at 10% flavor. Or whatever percentage is recommended on this thread, or the drop box someone was kind enough to link me to a while ago. Hopefully these will be ready soon, as I will need them later this week...
Ready or not, here I come....

I'm fairly OCD about mine, but also a cheapskate; I try to use them as long as possible before the plungers start "sticking" and becoming difficult to move.

I get the tap water running really hot, then turn it down to just slightly more than a trickle, so it's a solid stream, no aeration; give each syringe about 3 flushes with that hot water;

Then, I have bowlful of half alcohol, half water -- if I had grain alcohol I wouldn't bother diluting it, but no grain alcohol in this house -- I flush the syringes again with the 50/50 watery alcohol; if the flavor I used was strong, maybe 2 flushes; then 2-3 flushes again with the hot tap water;

Then, I draw a bowlful of our purified (reverse osmosis) water, and give each syringe about 10 flushes with that.

I can usually get about a month's use from my syringes.

I got some banana nut bread on my last order but haven't tried it yet. Does anyone have a recipe?

The TFA? It's pretty good by itself, single-flavor mix, though I found I like it better if I add a little sweetener.
