That's not what people were saying to you. Shaking the heck out of your mix to blend the flavors will create air bubbles in your mix and some times even a little froth on top. Let it then sit sons cap for the air and any thing else that wants to to escape. It is not done intentionally to add air bubbles.
Yeah I appreciate that but I thought in theory this would provide a much easier way of mixing compared to shaking and it seems to have worked. I guess it may seem unnecessary but that's just the route my chef's brain has led me down
