If your 'system' means what I think it does.. Get some peri colace -generic of course-at Walmart. My Dr recommended it. Effective, painless. TMI yes.. but we're all adults here. :)

Nothing a glass or two of Metamucil won't cure.
189.5 this morning. The next couple of days will be trying as I'll be out on an overnight run. Let's face it, you don't see too many 'Health Food' joints around Truck Stops. Maybe some old fruit near the register, if you're lucky....

Remember papaw, you're usually better off calorie wise getting a burger and fries than most of those fast food "salads". They're usually full of soggy iceberg lettuce and the stuff on top adds up to more than you'd believe

Edit: planning is your best option. Look at your favorite places websites to work out the best option for you

Keep it up Army! I'm so proud of you all...

Papaw, see if you can order up omelets with veggies and bacon at the truck stops. Steak or any kind of meat with broccoli or a salad. I only use olive oil and vinegar for my salad dressings now. Subway has a great waist friendly menu...I get their veggie salad all the time. I love Wendy's chili. They also have a cheap side salad that I like. Chick Fil A has a grilled market salad that is diet friendly. They have good wraps as well.

Hang in there everyone!!!
