Lost 0.6 pounds (I'm back down to my lowest weight) so now I need to lose 7 more pounds.  It's been a good week for me.  Just as long as my weight doesn't creep back up like it has been.  I think this second weight loss goal is not as important to me as the first one so I don't take it as seriously.  And I'm happy with myself right now.  As long as I'm eating healthy and exercising I can't go wrong.
Ro!  I was not shocked to hear you say you are a runner too.  

  And it sounds like you've got a great 5K time!  Badazzery...LOVE IT!  I don't use protein powder but I do eat protein bars and lots and lots of eggs and meat.  I use Pure Protein bars right now with 20 g...but I'm gonna start buying the Premier Protein bars that have 30 g of protein.  I'm all about protein and building muscle right now.
So always is getting an elliptical!  WOOT!  I love my treadmill and the fact that it's in the house and easy to jump on without a big production.  I didn't get down there last night though...

...but I've really well with exercising lately so I'm not gonna beat myself up about it.  I've never used an elliptical.  Let us know how it goes.
