IG, I have tried Truvia, I'm one of those people that gets a bitter/weird taste with it. I used equal, then splenda for years. TMI.. but I had some bladder issues that pretty much disappeared when I quit splenda and went back to real sugar.

Blueberries are the BEST thing ever. I put them in cottage cheese and other fruit too and always add wacks of fruit to every salad that I make even if it has meat in it. Strange, strange Canadians eh?![]()
Steel cut is a lot healthier too.
I like the almond milk too. My oldest just got me to try cashew milk and that's wonderful (but can only find it at whole foods, which is no where near my house).
