3 mile run, 1 mile walk on the treadmill.

Fitbit does track my steps on the treadmill, I'm almost to 13,000 for today, and I burned 392 calories during the workout.. :banana: You all bear with me as I get used to this thing. You'll probably be sick of hearing about it soon.
I've done well eating all day but I made a roast and potatoes in the crockpot for dinner and I am going to partake!

Pretty soon (yay) I will be trying to figure out the maintain mode.

Rick's daughter is getting married in August. I am shopping for a dress UGH! Spent three hours last night surfing on the net for dresses. I have something in mind, I just can't find it. I think I am going to have to wait till the summer styles are out.

When we went on that non-cruise, cruise, I had bought a dress for the special night and I was soooooo not happy with how I looked. This really pushed me to get healthy.

Knowing that all the family will be in one place and I will be wearing a bathing suit around the pool A LOT, that is truly motivating me big time. We will all be at the rented beach house for a week. I am really looking forward to that.

Seeing all the success that GT and RJ have accomplished and Bridget and April are maintaining their beautiful selves. Yeah, I needed that boot up my .... to get something done.

I have a weakness when it comes to Mexican! did a big dinner Friday night pretty late with a jumbo margarita .. I missed class at the gym Saturday had to get some tires for the car then work . Sunday I did the body pump class then weighed myself right after and was back up to 176 . I hope to be back down a few lbs this week and keep it off ! I am doing a lot of frozen veggies and boiled chicken breast . not too bad either , I am using chicken bouillon and black pepper for flavour . Way to work everyone

I know when I weigh myself directly after a workout I have an extra pound or two. Your muscles retain water after being worked to repair themselves.

I did pretty good over the weekend besides the drinking :facepalm: but it was nice to relax for a night. Things are pretty crazy around here lately and blah. I know, not really an excuse but its OK.

I think I've finally met goal #1. I said I wouldn't buy any more clothes for myself til I lost two pant sizes, and other than one thing I kept that promise. I bought brand new jeans just after my surgery in July. Last month I took them in about 4 inches each, now they're all fairly loose again. so haven't tried new ones on to be positive, but I'm pretty sure the 2 sizes down will fit now. Still haven't weighed, but going by the fit of clothes I think I'm there. I know, still huge, but that puts me in a 14 if the new ones fit :)

Sorry rambling haha. Way too much coffee today

I was down another .3 this am, but forgot to weigh until after I had my first mug of coffee. My abs are sore from ball exercises yesterday.. that's a good thing.
GP- I have a much better way to cook chicken.. will share it here tonight.
Papaw- we all have to live a little. Don't worry about that moon pie.
WTG always! Nothing feels better than clothes getting baggy!
