Thy...i really like the banners...Great job..and thanks a bunch ! I cannot decide which i want to use..LOL...nothing unusual, I'm usually up in arms about things like that.
I hope all of you are enjoying your peaceful sleep...I get to sleep in about 4 hours when i go home and believe me, im gonna sleep all day long.

I slept 6 hours today, which is pretty good for me after a midnight..so im good Only one more night..and then im off for 4 days. Hallallulah !
lol thats about what i normally sleep. used to be 3 a night but that's when i'm really busting my ... working and then can sleep hard. always felt so much better then too.

okay... I'm fairly new to this.
My girlfriend started smoking when she was quite young, and we're now in our early 40s.
She wants to quit.
I got her an e-cig, but it didn't do the trick... she misses that first throat hit.
But, as great as this sounds, it's actually a box, right?
It doesn't look like an actual cig..am I correct?
The device sounds great, and is something I would get for her, but may things are psychological with her... like the holding of an actual cigarette-shaped item.
So, is there a cigarette shaped e-cig that anyone can recommend?.. and then I can work her up to this. I mean, it sounds GREAT, and if it were me, I'd get it.
I just know that she'll initially want to hold an e-cig like a real one.
Seriously, do you have any suggestions for sn item like that to begin with?
I'll work her up to this once she starts throwing those packs of real cigs away!

She will probably want to start off as you said with a regular e cig...i think all of us here did..and we gradually went up to bigger more baddass vaping devices..like this one.
My personal recommendation would be a 510 e cigarette to start off with. It's a good all around vape. I have tried 801 and 901's..and i do have both of them and they all have their good points...i just basically prefer the 510.
There's lots of vendors here that have some good sale's going on right now...so you might want to check out the classifieds here..
Then...when she gets tired of the e ciggy....bring her back here..and get her the juice box....

it will take a bit of time but since you're really serious about helping her make the switch it will be worth it.

One suggestion on the e liquid. Purchase sample packets or small bottles of different juices that you think she would like. That way she can try different flavors until she finds a few that she does like better, then you can order more.

There's so many to choose from...And this would be a good option as well. hehe Thanks Thy...i was a mad woman looking for places to purchase a good one..lol....HOnestly, i think those disposables are a good deal....Hoog says he's been using them for a month or more ! And at 9.99 each..you could try each of them out. >Wish i had known all this stuff when i first started.
oh yeah I agree the disposables are definitely the best low cost way to try out a model especially since they are lasting longer than what you pay for.

yup same here. I think if all of these options had been available and I had found and read the forums before buying then I probably would've gone for a disposable and then, once I realized e-cigs would work for me, straight to a Chuck and a JuiceBox lol
