When wicked correctly are air bubbles forming from both channels for you guys & gals, or just one? I've rewicked a couple times now and it always ends up preferring one side, or the other for ventilation.

I tend to notice more bubbles from the side tilted up when I hit it.
I do get bubbles from both sides, if I don't it means the wicks are condensed unevenly in the chamber.

Have two Lemos and LOVE them. Recently stumbled on a YouTube video out there comparing Lemo to the Subtank Mini, and the Mini crushed it. Im not up for dishing out $40 just yet...Any Lemo lovers try the Subtank Mini and can offer their thoughts?

Crushed it in what regard?

I have both. I can think of only two things better on the Mini vs. the Lemo:

The coil and wick can be repaired without draining the tank, and the air flow is a bit more open.

Flavor-wise, the Lemo slays the Mini, and that goes for the rba head or the OCC coils.

Don't get me wrong though. I like and would recommend the Mini for many reasons. But for me, it falls far short of replacing my Lemo's.

I just bought my girlfriend a kanger nano & believe me, this little thing kicks the hell outta my 4 Lemo's in flavor! This thing rocks! That being said, I still love my Lemo's.

Mind me asking what kind of build you're using in your Lemo?
I've had recent issues trying to get it to wick efficiently at 40-50w.

30awg twisted KA1 (30 twists per inch), 7 wrap, 3mm id, 1.6 ohm. Very slighly spaced turns. Wicked with KGD very heavy with tails very lightly touching the deck and away from juice channels. Heavier wicking is key to juice flow in the lemo imo and twisted spaced winds allow for it. I run twisted winds in all my rtas.

Thanks for the breakdown, man.
I've currently got a .9ohm twisted 28g build (2.7mm) in mine, I think my problem is wicking.
I've been getting dry hits chain vaping at 35w.

Opened up each hole to be approx 5mm wide, 2mm tall. Now I can actually lung inhale quite comfortably, although it's still a little restricted. Overall super happy with my little project :)

At 40W using nI200... Flavor is still good, vapor production is off the charts. Wub Wub!

Aqua V2= Flavor Fail
May as well be a Kayfun

Kayfun V4= Flavor Fail
Wouldn't wish this over engineered POS on someone I hated
Build deck sucks too many moving parts and crap to go wrong
not the most Ni200 friendly

Rose V2= Flavor Fail
Hate the deck, it's madding to build, airflow is atrocious

mini Erlkonigin clone= Flavor Fail
Don't know about the mini clone, but I'm sure it isn't improvement over the original.
Again like the Kayfun V4 it is over engineered

Squape Reloaded with all 3 bases=Flavor Fail
I'll give the an "A" for effort and engineering
but a C on flavor

Just in case anyone is wondering YES, I either have or have had just about every tank most are non-clone.
With the way I build the Lemo I can damn near mimic a dripper with a juicy flavorful vape, none of the others have come remotely close.

I'm astounded by the juice delivery with the Lemo. Even though counter intuitive to my thinking it seems to really like the heavier wicking. I just kept upping the wicking density until it chained at 45w. That's even too much for me. I like the 20-25w range for flavor with the Lemo and twisted winds but I like the headroom so I can fog the B&M's.

Have you increased the horizontal air holes in the center post? I gained quite a bit when I drilled mine, plus it got rid of that annoying whistle. Wide open it taste good over 35watts, but I had to put the AFC ring back on for anything less than that or the flavor sucks.

Yeah. But it was kinda like an arbitrary enlargement. I got a little scared about messing up the center post. I might do that tmr.

Also turning the holes into slots made my lemo a lot noisier hahaha

I drilled one of my center posts to .082", still seems to be plenty strong enough. The vertical hole is the one I was worried about: I only managed to sneak mine up to .134", and I'm surprised it didn't destroy it! Put it this way, when I put it back together, I didn't tightened it very much at all!

I will look at it more tmr. Grin. I've been drilling the crap outta my atties today. Even my fogger. Modded the airflow to 7/64 each and it has the perfect airflow now

I'll have to disagree with you on that one. I have the FT "Authentic" Aqua V2, and it is the best "flavor" tank I've ever owned. The Lemo flavor is fantastic, but the Aqua is just a notch above.

I use my Lemo's more then the Aqua V2, but this has more to do with the wicking being more of a chore on the Aqua. I can be vaping a Lemo, including wrapping a new coil in less then 10 minutes. Whereas, the Aqua V2 seems to take me longer then that just to dry burn and re-wick existing coils.

Can't comment on the other tanks. I'll never own either of them.

haha, figured I'd just post this here so people that want to learn how to throw a ni200 coil together has something to look at. I'm kind of surprised he doesn't use rayon, and how little cotton he actually uses. I'd still use weirdwilly's bridge on any wicking material though.

That is the exact same build I do, but it should be a .15 not a .19
